This beautiful duplex home combines all the neccesities of a family home being literally a few minute walk from the city. You will feel right at home with all the furnishings, luxury apliances, fast internet and spacious living areas. Be fast in securing one of the very last in actual home dwellings this close to the city that aren't an apartment or townhouse. Great kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and carport/garage all for your use.

We stayed four nights, and it was the second time we have stayed at this property. The property is in a fantastic location close to the CBD and all the great Canberra activities. Braddon also has amazing restaurants. The backyard was totally enclosed and perfect for our toy poodle.

Relaxation

Everything you need available. Milk ,bread ,cheese ,biscuits and a bowl of fresh fruit awaiting our arrival. All equipment in excellent condition. Good fenced off back yard for our dog .

Perfect place and location

The property had everything we needed, right down to a safe garden for our little dog. It was clean, really well-equipped, homely and super comfy queen beds. The location was better than expected. We'll come again.

Great location

Thanks to Christos for a great stay. ThIS property is perfectly located just a short walk into Braddon and then on to the city. The house was warm, clean and the kitchen nicely stocked with some essential condiments. The beds were comfy and great to have the double bunk setup for our two kids. We were very grateful also for Christos to arrange for some items we accidentally left on our departure. We hope to be back to stay next time we are in the ACT.

Great place

This is the second time we have stayed here and it's a great place for the family and pooch while visiting Canberra. The house is very comfortable and the yard is well secured for the dog. It is only 5 minutes from central Canberra. The host is very responsive.

Fantastic Location and Amenities

We stayed in this property for six nights. The townhouse is situated in a fantastic and quiet location, had extremely comfortable beds, amazing internet speed, great kitchen and living amenity. It also had a gorgeous back garden for our toy poodle. Great communication with host and the perfect place to enjoy Canberra restaurants and institutions.

Comfortable, well equipped house in Canberra

This house was great for our family and dog. It was well equipped and very handy to Canberra sights. The backyard was excellent and very secure. Highly recommended.

Very nice property- well appointed, secure and spacious.
