Less of a family kind of set up, more of a bunch of adults together for a game weekend kind of thing. Very clean, easy to work with.

The property was in a nice location just a little hard to find in the dark. For the most part it was very clean. Beds must be new they were very hard. We stayed at this location as it was closest to my father in Nicholasville and accommodated the amount of ppl we had. One toilet did look as though it hadn't been super clean. But i wiped it and was find, i would stay again.

The lockbox containing the key is located where water dripped down on us. There also needs to be more than one door key as we had two couples staying there with different schedules. The power outlets behind the Primary bed did not work. There was only one partial roll of paper towels and only three trash bags that were not tall enough for the kitchen can. There were no pot holders. Kitchen lighting was inadequate and the pantry light flashs when the under counter lights are on. The oven was filthy and only had one rack Shower pan tile in the Primary bath is way too slick and needs a non-skid mat for safety plus the vent did not work We were told to start a load of towels upon departure but there were unwashed towels in the washer when we arrived. Back door locked on us when we went out on the deck and one of the steps on the side to get around to the front door was broken. No bath soap in the baths, not enough towels for 4 people. Baseboards were filthy. There are impressive authenticated prints on the wall but the rest of the decor and cleanliness is severely lacking. We would not stay here again. A pair of scissors in the kitchen would have been nice too. All in all, this home was very inadequately stocked and needed major upkeep and cleaning.
