As you enter, the first thing you’ll notice are the large sliding glass doors that flood the space with natural light and frame breathtaking water views of Banks Channel. The open-concept living area features a fully stocked, updated kitchen, dining area, cozy living room, and a designated workspace for those who need to check in while away.

Head left down the hallway to find the sleeping quarters:
🛏️ The primary suite is a peaceful retreat with a king bed, private full bath, and spa-like fixtures.
🛏️ The second bedroom features a spacious queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds—great for kids or friends. These two rooms share a beautifully updated hall bathroom.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle and cost of renting them separately ($200–300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $250 plus tax for the first pet, and $250 plus tax for the second pet. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

Please note: All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48 hrs.

Very enjoyable stay and we hope to visit again. Beds were very comfortable and wonderful view of the channel. Only suggestion is to have better lighting on both the parking-side steps and side steps from the water-side porches.

We were in town for my daughter’s graduation. The house was perfect. Super clean and had everything we needed. Convenient to walk to everything in Wrightsville. Definitely would rent again.

The property was under construction with heavy equipment in the parking area and yard. There was a dump truck load of soil blocking the driveway and parking area and no onsite parking for the first two days. We had to carry all our luggage up and over a retaining wall and through dirt and mud to get them inside without the parking access. We had to find on street public parking and could not move our car for two days to keep the space and park one car at another rental property across the busy road and a block away. The owner did bring one pass for on street parking so we did not have to pay to park, which we appreciated. At the end of the second day a very narrow path was cleared to allow cars to park in the dirt covered, muddy lot. Our shoes and cars were filthy. On Saturday there was noisy construction equipment and a trailer was parked blocking the driveway, so we could not leave by car. There was no yard or space to take our dogs out and no access to the dock. The deck was in desperate need of replacement with dangerous nails popping up and rotting boards on stairs. The kitchen and fridge were clean, but the sheets in the bedroom had food debris in them and clearly were not changed as well as hair on the floors of both bathrooms. The property should be take off the rental market with the construction and needed repairs to decks and stairs and the rental agency should be held to account for lack of disclosure, lack of use of listed amenities and poor housekeeping.

We understand how frustrating the parking limitations and construction conditions must have been. We relayed all construction updates to guests as soon as we received them from the owner, and we were expecting the project to be completed prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, the work extended beyond the anticipated timeline, and we regret the inconvenience this caused. We appreciate your acknowledgment of the parking pass that was provided, and we value all of your feedback as it helps us improve both our communication and the guest experience. We regret that your stay did not meet expectations and wish you all the best in your future travels.
