A plush chaise lounge and large smart TV invite you to unwind, complemented by ducted air conditioning for year-round comfort. The adjoining modern kitchen is fully equipped with generous bench space, gas stovetop, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, and a well-appointed butler’s pantry featuring a Breville coffee machine. Share meals at the dining table for eight or gather at the breakfast bar for casual meals.
Seamlessly connected to the living area, is the large outdoor deck offering a dreamy alfresco experience amongst nature. Relax on sun lounges or the outdoor sofa setting, fire up the BBQ and fireplace while taking in the views of the lush tropical garden, glistening pool, and attached spa.
The generous backyard is a private oasis (unfenced), filled with lush greenery and tropical plants. A peaceful bush track leads directly from your garden to the beach, making ocean adventures effortless. If you’re bringing your four-legged friend along, please note that the side yard is fully fenced, the backyard is not enclosed. The garage is equipped with six bikes for guests to explore the scenic coastal paths, along with a ping pong table for some fun and friendly competition during your stay.
The upper level of the home showcases three of the four beautifully appointed bedrooms, all with ducted air conditioning, and includes a generous second living area on the landing, complete with a comfortable chaise sofa, an occasional chair, and a large smart TV. Whether you're seeking sun-filled beach days or serene moments surrounded by nature, Pantai Villa delivers the ultimate in comfort, space, and beachfront bliss.

Guests will have access to the entire home and garage that fits 1 car, there is also space to park 1 car on the driveway behind the front gate. There is also plenty of free street parking available.

Nestled on the beachfront in Wurtulla’s quiet coastal pocket, this home is just a 100m stroll down your private path from the backyard to the popular surf beach and dog-friendly stretch (access points 249–253). Within a short driving distance, you'll find the Sunshine Coast Stadium and the Kawana Sports Precinct. Additionally, the area boasts a public hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema, and skateparks nearby. Wurtulla is situated with close proximity to local parks, playgrounds, a sprawling retail hub, and extensive cycling and walking trails.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately a 10 minute walk to Nicklin Way where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).
Other Things to Note:
*We welcome 1 well-behaved dog upon application, a $50 pet fee applies. Given our premium coastal location and out of respect for our neighbours, strict pet rules apply: only 1 small - medium dog under 20kg is permitted, no guard breeds or dogs known for reactivity or excessive barking (foot traffic from beach track/walkway); pets must be fully house-trained, non-destructive, and kept quiet, dogs must never be left unattended, should stay on the ground floor tiled areas only, and be on a lead when entering or exiting; guests are responsible for all pet cleaning, waste, and any damage, and all pets must be disclosed and approved before booking. These guidelines protect the peace of the area and ensure a safe, high-quality stay, and bookings that don’t meet them may be declined or cancelled. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
*Please note the pool is heated by a solar pool heater system, during sunny days in winter the pool will sit around 23-24C, unfortunately if the weather has been cloudy and rainy it will sit below 20C.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
