Welcome to Seaside Sanctuary at 621 Main Street in the heart of Harwich Port. Perfectly situated just steps from the village, and only .2 miles from the iconic Wychmere Beach Club, this spacious vacation retreat offers classic charm, modern amenities, and the flexibility to accommodate families, friends, or groups traveling together.
The beautifully renovated property underwent a complete restoration in 2025 and is thoughtfully divided into two distinct living areas. The main house impresses with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, featuring bright, airy interiors that blend traditional Cape Cod style with contemporary comforts. Step outside and around the home to find the separate guest suite, boasting 2 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—ideal for guests seeking their own peaceful retreat, offering both privacy and convenience.
The main house is spread over two floors. The first floor features the chef’s kitchen (with every amenity you could need), living room, dining area, and laundry area. Also on this floor are bedroom #’s 1, 2 and 3. Bedroom #1 has a private en-suite full bathroom while 2 and 3 share a an additional full guest bathroom located off of the main space. The second floor opens up into a large open space with a family room with a big sectional couch, TV, a kitchenette (perfect for staging movie night snacks) and another full bathroom. Bedroom #4 completes the space.
The guest suite is also laid out over two floors. Opening into the foyer, bedroom #5 is on your right and has a private en-suite bathroom. An additional laundry area finishes the level. Upstairs is a truly serene great room with a full kitchen, full bathroom, and living room with a wall of windows with views of Wychmere Harbor. Bedroom #6 finishes the space.
Whether you're traveling with friends or extended family, this unique two-space arrangement provides the rare opportunity to vacation together comfortably while still allowing for personal space and quiet moments.

Ductless AC units throughout the property will ensure your comfort. Parking for 4 cars. Max occupancy of 12 people (8 in main house, 4 in guest suite). Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All linens and towels are provided. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $150-250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional damage protection which may be required at this property.
