This brand-new, light-filled home offers four bedrooms and two modern bathrooms across two levels, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Stylish interiors, open-plan living, and thoughtful comforts combine to create a welcoming space just minutes from the beach. With parking for up to four cars in the driveway and all the amenities you need. The spa can be heated from the months of September to April. The pool is not heated and is a freshwater system by Naked Pools.

Upstairs, enjoy a breezy living and dining area bathed in natural light, with Daikin split systems in both bedrooms and the lounge for year-round comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals at home, with modern appliances and generous bench space. Downstairs, a second living/rumpus room offers another space to spread out and relax, with Sonos Bluetooth speakers throughout the house. The house is warm in winter and cool in summerwith a split system for climate control and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Outside, you'll find an electric BBQ for alfresco dining on warm evenings.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
