Amazing Host

The condo was impeccably clean and perfectly suited for our group of nine. Debra's hospitality was outstanding; she generously provided additional amenities that enhanced our stay. Although there was a maintenance issue in another unit nearby, Debra promptly informed us, ensuring transparency throughout our time there. Her responsiveness to our inquiries via text was remarkable, contributing to a stress-free and enjoyable vacation experience.

We had a fantastic time! But...

So many memories made! The condo was very nice and Deborah the owner was fantastic with communication, but the condo was VERY dirty. I would compare the cleaniness of the condo to a rustic camp. I chose to make the best of it because it wasn't something that could be fixed by just calling the cleaning person back. It needs a DEEP cleaning. I spent most of our last day packing up and cleaning. Hopefully I made it better for the next guests. Thankfully we didnt let this ruin out trip and had a great time anyway.

Family tradition

We had a wonderful time. The condo was great with lots of space for everyone. My only complaint is having to wash and dry towels the morning we checked out. Hard to get showers and get towels washed and dried. That should be left for housekeeping.

Room was amazing, this is the 2nd time we have stayed in this room and the 6th time at RegencyTowers. Great place for family. Can’t wait for next year!

Lovely Little Condo

We really enjoyed staying at Debra and Larry's condo. This condo was very nice. Clean, pretty, comfy beds, lots of space, everything you need in the kitchen. It came with one set of those wooden beach chairs with the umbrella, which was great. There were also a couple of fold out beach chairs in the condo to use. There are two full size pools and one is heated. There's a great tiki snack hut with good drinks and good food and also an ice machine. You really can't beat the convenience of all that. Also there's an amazing pizza place across the street that we ordered from a couple of times. I will say that the building itself is a bit old and there are only three elevators so getting anywhere can take ages. Communication with Debra was top-tier. Very friendly and attentive. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great place

We loved the room, it was exactly what we needed for our group of 8. The condo itself was great, has alot for the teens to do. They do something every night from karaoke to family movie night, which is great. They have 2 pools so there is room for everyone. The only complaint I have is the elevators, we would wait for long periods and one stayed broke alot.

Great Condo

We love to stay at Regency Towers and this condo was perfect! We had a family of 10 and it didn’t feel crowded. The weather didn’t cooperate with us, so we spent a lot of time inside. The owner stayed in contact with me and was fast to respond if I had any questions. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect family vacation.

Great condo

We had a very nice condo. Debra was always available if we needed her. The rooms we very clean and stocked. We would stay there again!! They Tiki Bar was also great! Food and drink prices were awesome.

Home away from home

We were very pleased with this property. It was well stocked and clean. We had plenty of room for our party of 7. It was close to an elevator and easy beach access. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Time

We loved the property and had stayed at Regency Towers before. This condo was wonderful. Plenty of space, clean/tidy, beautiful decor and design of rooms. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Deb was wonderful for communication throughout the week. We'd love to stay here again!

Great Room

Awesome vacation!

Building a little older but unit was spacious and updated! Loved the pools and ocean. The Tiki bar and grill was always a party with great people drinks and food. Heather responded quickly and was easy to work with. Thank you!

Best Trip Ever!

We had an amazing trip, the ocean views and laughs shared. I can’t explain how much we needed this trip. The owners are so very sweet and were amazing to deal with. The place was spacious and comfy. I can’t say enough good about this condo. We will be back for sure!

Friends Vacation

Condo was roomy. Beds were very comfortable. The master BR gets very warm at night unless you leave the door open. View from the balcony was beautiful. Having the washer & dryer was a great convenience. Location was on the "quiet" side of PCB and also a quiet end of the tower. We would've liked for it to have been cleaned a lot better, especially considering the cleaning fee. The condo and the building itself need a deep cleaning. Pools and tiki bar were very pleasant. The tiki bar was very efficient. Beware of the pool "warden". One security officer was very friendly and pleasant. The other one made everyone uncomfortable. Overall, it was a very nice stay in a great location with all that we needed for 6 adults for the week. Thanks Debra & Larry.

Regency Towers stay

This condo was exactly as advertised and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were extremely comfortable! We had a great time and will definitely try to stay here once again!
