Great stay

Nice place perfect for our pet with a fenced yard. Excellent communication. Plenty of parking. Close to grocery and a few resturants.Would stay again.

Nice Home Tucked Into the Woods

...but still in town! Very nice home with a ramp at the entrance and a nice deck out back. It was prefect for us while visiting family close by.

Christmas with Family

The property was very clean and cozy! We were in town to spend time with family and friends for Christmas and it was a perfect location. We had no issues with the manager or the house. Thank you

Good value for the money

This property is a modest attached unit. The neighborhood is unassuming and neighbors seemed friendly. Most of the house was clean with the exception of the bathroom that had dirt in the area between the baseboards and the floor. Parking was on the street only. We had our dog with us and the backyard was fully fenced but the street side was short, about 4 feet, and chain link so our dog barked at people passing by. We kept him in the house unless we were out with him to prevent the barking. Overall, this is a good value for the money.

Overall, the property was in a convenient location very close to the airport and about 30-50min to Seattle depending on traffic. There is not a great number of things to do/places to eat in the immediate area, but there are some nice parks nearby. The place was pretty clean overall, although the bathroom looks like it was not cleaned prior to the stay. (Some hair and trash still in the garbage) There also was an abnormal amount of flies in the home that we noticed upon arrival, but not a huge deal. However, the main complaint and reason for the lower rating is the beds - I’m honestly astonished no prior reviews have mentioned this. These were by far the most uncomfortable beds I have slept on in any hotel or rental. Both beds are EXTREMELY firm and do not budge or have any give at all when sitting/laying on them. Unfortunately, every member of our family woke up each morning in pain and it made the trip and stay quite unenjoyable, especially when trying to relax after a long day touring the city. I slept on the couch the last night to avoid tossing and turning, which was thankfully much more comfortable than the beds. I would say if you’re looking for a quick place to stay 1 night before heading to the airport, this would suffice, but I would not recommend multiple night stays if you value a good night’s rest.

Renton Gem

We were visiting our son who lives in Renton. This home was near our son, plus close to grocery stores and the Landing, which is a local shopping center. It is not large but was perfect for our stay. It has a nice fenced back yard for our son’s pup.

Nice quiet house/neighborhood

We've stayed before and will stay again! This is a very nice duplex with a ramp in a quiet neighborhood. Our granddaughter had a great time playing in the fenced backyard.
