Tenants may use their own non-motorized watercraft such as paddle boards, canoes, kayaks or small sailing dinghys- watercraft not to exceed 10 feet.
All watercraft must be put be stored on float in front of house at night (out of the water). Moorage is not allowed for powerboats.
Water/dock access privileges are limited to paying tenants only. Non-tenants i.e. family or friends are not allowed access without prior approval

Communication with owner is great, very responsive. House is clean, has everything you could need, private gated location. We’ve stayed here numerous times, and plan to stay here again the next time we are in town.

What a great cabin—superb location. We enjoyed the hiking/biking trail nearby. It is peaceful and the view from the porch can’t be beat. The host was very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend!

Charming!

We absolutely loved our stay at the little house! The neighborhood was extremely quiet and seeing all the wildlife around the house was so fun. There’s a resident bunny that greeted us daily. Communication from the owners was also great! We would definitely stay here again!

The pictures don't do it justice, it was even better than I expected. The host responded right away to any ?'s/issues, it was so peaceful and rekaxing with a gorgeous view! She thought of everything plus for amenities. I would definitely stay there again!Would stay there again

Terrific to be right on the lake. The house was ideal for 2 people and is set in a great place on the lake, hiking paths and easy access to the Seattle area. The host was available and easy to work with on all details.

Wonderful cabin on the lake!

We spent 4 nights at this cabin and it was perfect for our needs. The owners were incredibly welcoming and helped us whenever we had questions. Check-in process was easy, the cabin was very clean, and had everything we needed to cook and make meals during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Little House on Lake Washington

We loved staying at this little house on Lake Washington. It had a beautiful view, was so cozy and decorated so well. Loved that it was close to a great hiking trail and very safe in a gated community. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

Restful area

The house was very nice and convenient. Enjoyed the balcony bedroom. All the amenities were great. Particularly enjoyed the blackberry bushes and the delicious blackberries. The alligator living under the porch was a little scary! Haha! It was a wooden carving. Would have appreciated a little better idea of how to locate the key to access the house. We arrived late at night and the key lockbox was not easy to find from our perspective or the house location because of the house address. It does not match numerically with the other residences. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the location and stay and accommodations.

Sweet Spot

We loved our private house on the lake! The house had all the amenities for us to cook at home and was secluded and private with quick access to town, beaches and a walking path for exercise. It is a true gem!

FABULOUS!!!

The little house was AMAZING!! The space is perfect, GREAT view and quiet. Easy access to shops in Renton, and close enough to the city that it wasn’t a burden to see all the touristy stuff. Bald eagles across the lake DAILY. What a great stay! We can’t wait to come back! Everything was perfect!

Beautiful place!

We really enjoyed this cute little house. It was clean nice we had coffee all sorts of teas and cold drinks in the fridge. We can definitely tell you to come and stay here. The drive to downtown Seattle was good around 30 minutes and at night 20 minutes. It was also very secure so we could leave our bikes without problems.
