5200 for a 2 night stay.. it was a DIY project marketed as a luxury retreat. We booked this for a long weekend with a group of 11 ( 6 adults and 5 children) The pool was the highlight, and the property has real potential, but the execution falls well short of the price point and the listing's promises.Layout isn't what you'd expect. This is two separate units (3 bedrooms each) under one roof. If your group is trying to spend the weekend together, it's disjointed — you're constantly splitting up. And despite the claim that it "sleeps 18", the common areas don't support that number: there were barely enough dishes for 11, the multipurpose table seats about 10, and the living room comfortably fits maybe 5. The upper patio table seats 4.Unfinished renovations, they say, “do not affect the stay”. The listing says renovations won't impact your visit. We found missing outlet covers with exposed wiring, unfinished baseboards, cracking flooring from missing support underneath, a bathroom fan with a hole larger than its cover, and a dishwasher not secured to the cabinet so it tips. There's limited counter space in all the bathrooms with nowhere to put your toiletries, and hooks and towel racks were non-existent or very limited. Under-equipped for the group size. One kitchen compost bag, one roll of paper towel, one dish rag. No dish tray or dish towel for hand-washing, which matters given the dish shortage. For a house at 18 guests over a long weekend, you'll be making a supply run
