The bright and spacious living and dining areas offer stunning views of the golf course through large sliding doors. The oversized sofas are perfect for relaxing while enjoying your favorite movies or sports. The dining table has ample seating for six adults, and for entertaining, a convenient wet bar is located between the patio and the living room. On cooler evenings, you can turn on the fire feature and cuddle up with your loved ones.
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast table with views of the golf course, and plenty of storage space for your groceries, along with all the utensils needed for meal preparation.
The unique feature of a media room offers extra comfort for watching your favorite movies and sports shows. There is also a sleeper sofa available for overnight guests.
This unit features a full-size washer and dryer, and two parking spaces in the garage.
