Other things to note
This property offers parking for one vehicle in the garage. It is a small single car garage that will fit a compact vehicle. SUV's will not fit and will need to park on the street or in a public parking lot. So if you're flying in and renting a car be sure to reserve a compact or even a sub-compact vehicle if you wish to easily fit in the garage.

This unit is on the second floor of a 3 unit apartment complex. You have your own private entrance. There are double paned windows so with the windows shut and the AC running it can be pretty quiet. (However, if you're extremely sensitive to noise or are a very light sleeper this property might not be the right fit.)

A portable AC unit is supplied in each bedroom for comfortable sleeping.

The washer/dryer is shared by two other units.
