Beach Suite w/ Private Patio + Hot Tub + Steps To The Beach

Location Location! Our clean, modern studio unit is just steps away from the beach and boardwalk with all the luxurious amenities you need for a perfect getaway! Step out onto the expansive patio with an outdoor table & chairs, as well as comfy lounge seats to kick back and soak in the sun! With a 10/10 walkability score, you`ll have immediate access to everything you can imagine! Coffee shops, restaurants/bars, shopping, gym, parks, boat rentals, you name it! .
Step outside your suite and experience all that Mission Beach has to offer. Take a short stroll to the beach and soak up the sun on the golden sands. Grab a bite at one of the many local eateries, or try your hand at surfing with one of the nearby rental shops.

No parking spot included. Street/public parking only:
Parking on El Carmel (east of mission blvd) is the best place for street parking. You can park there overnight.

NOTE: Street sweeping days on W side of mission Blvd are Mon & Thurs from 8AM-10AM. Street sweeping days on the E side of the blvd are Tues & Fri from 8AM-10AM. If your car is parked there during those times they will issue you a citation.

Bicycles, rollerblades, and skateboards are also a great way to get around Mission Beach, and our adjacent beach community, Pacific Beach.

There are 3 units total in the building :)
Potential Noise: There is a LOT of foot traffic near the beach. There is also a unit above.

Downstairs (right side) Patio, table and chairs with umbrella, hot tub is exclusively to this unit. The separated left patio space is for another unit.

House inventory:
- Ready-made beds and one bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth per guest
- One Beach Towel per guest
- Kitchen starter kit: hand soap, one sponge, dish soap, dishwasher soap, a roll of paper towels, and trash bags (Note: we do not supply any baggies, tinfoil, etc.)
- Bathroom: Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and two rolls of toilet paper for the bathroom

Lost & Found / Shipping Policy:
We are not responsible for items left in the property after checkout. If an item is found and you would like it returned, we can arrange shipping. Guests will be responsible for shipping costs plus a small handling fee to cover packaging materials and time. $25 fee plus shipping fees.
Rules:
1. Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own.
2. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Violators of the quiet hours will forfeit their deposit and be asked to leave with no refund for the remaining days of the rental. This is not a party home. GOOD NEIGHBOR INFO: We encourage a sense of community and respect for all our neighbors and guests. We are proud that our guests are respectful of the surrounding neighbors.
3. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. You`re welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm no earlier than 24 hours in advance.
4. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property.
5. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM-8 AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property. We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property.
7. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.
8. We do our absolute best to ensure you have a great time by providing beach gear - such as towels, chairs, any toys or ice chests (if applicable). If any of these items go missing, we, unfortunately, do have to charge the guest.
9. Furniture is not to be Re-Arranged
10. Late checkout will result in a $50 fee charged to the guest. The fee is only charged if there isn`t a prior approved late checkout.
11. NO glass is permitted in the hot tub. No sand in the hot tub.
12. No parking spot included. No refund given for no parking.
