The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and gas range, as well as all the cookware and utensils you'll need to whip up delicious meals during your stay.
Each of the two bedrooms is beautifully appointed with plush bedding, soft linens, and plenty of closet space, ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower, a modern vanity, and all the essentials you'll need, including fresh towels.

You'll have exclusive use of the interior of the space during your stay. We'll provide you with a custom 4 digit code for the smart lock that will be active during your stay and provide ease of check in and access throughout your stay.

Once in town, most everything can be done on foot! Belmont Park with all of its activities and restaurants are only a few blocks away. We're also a short drive or Uber to Downtown, Convention Center, Gas Lamp, Harbor, Waterfront, Seaport Village, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and so much more!
Other Things to Note:
This property is located in a residential neighborhood, and we have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for any excessive noise, additional guests over the reserved number, or any disturbance to the community in any way. Please do not reserve unless you will treat the space like your own home. Provided parking space is short and can be a little bit tight for larger cars. Only suited for compact vehicles. It is not permitted for vehicles to block alleyway access at all.
