This neat and tidy home is perfect for a family holiday with its 5 bedrooms, 2 separate living areas, pool table, alfresco area with BBQ and grass area.

The main family room has a large 7-seater chaise lounge, mounted TV and the ready-to-play billiard table.

The kitchen has a stainless-steel double door fridge with water dispenser, dishwasher, 6 burner gas stovetop, Westinghouse oven, rangehood and Nespresso coffee pod machine.

The breakfast bench has stone benchtop and 2 high backed stools.

Directly from here is the dining area with a solid wood table with leather cushioned seating.

The second sitting room at the front of the house has 3 leather couches & armchairs, Smart TV, coffee tables and floor rug.

The master bedroom with white plantation shutters and furniture has a King bed beneath the ceiling fan, bedside tables with lamps and walk in wardrobe. The private ensuite has a spa bath, separate shower, toilet and single basin vanity.

The second bedroom has a King bed beneath the ceiling fan, bedside tables and a built-in robe.

The third bedroom has a Queen bed beneath the ceiling fan, bedside tables and a built-in robe.

The fourth bedroom has Queen bed beneath the ceiling fan, bedside tables and a clothes rack.

The kid’s bedroom has a bunk bed plus a single bed and a built-in robe.

The main bathroom has a bath, separate shower, toilet and single basin vanity.

The undercover alfresco area has a glass dining table with seating for 8 which looks over the enclosed grass area. There is an additional sitting area with 4 cushioned chairs, coffee table and BBQ beneath the outside fans.

This holiday house is just a 10-minute walk straight down the road to the beach. 1km to Singleton Beach Café and Bru’s House Café; 2.5km to supermarket and shops.

Singleton has spectacular coastline with clear waters, 2.5km of pristine white sand. Singleton Beach is appreciated by both surfers and body boarders for its consistent waves, averaging over one metre. It’s also regarded as a good beach fishing spot, with mulloway and tailor in good supply. This coastal suburb is a popular spot for family visits, with the Vista Play Park offering a great covered climbing frame and flying fox for the kids and free exercise equipment at Harmony Park. 2km from the fantastic beachfront Shipwreck Cove Pirate Playground.
