Inside, the home is designed for relaxation and entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen features a gas stove, perfect for preparing delicious meals. Gather in the living room, which includes a TV and Bluetooth speakers for your entertainment needs. Sleeping arrangements are comfortably designed for up to 10 guests, with two master bedrooms featuring king beds and en-suite bathrooms for privacy and relaxation. Additionally, there is a queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, ideal for children or additional guests. Families with young children will appreciate the availability of a pack n play and high chair.
Adventure awaits as you explore the island using the included four-seater golf cart. For those needing extra transportation, an additional golf cart can be rented for just $50 per day. It’s a car-free island only accessible by boat or small plane, which means there’s a sense of peace and privacy that’s hard to find elsewhere. The beaches are rarely crowded, the wildlife is incredible, and the entire island feels like stepping back in time to “Old Florida.” The neighborhood around Mint Julep is especially special, with direct Gulf-front access and a front-row seat to the most beautiful sunsets. It's the perfect setting for families, couples, and groups who want to reconnect with nature and each other.
