Stylish entire 3-bedroom home just a 6-minute walk to The Glen Shopping Centre and 8-minute walk to Glen Waverley Station. Perfect for families, business travelers, or small groups, this retreat offers comfort, privacy, and convenience. Spacious living, fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and a private backyard — ideal for relaxing after exploring Glen Waverley and Melbourne. This is a quite comfortable community.
Welcome, and thank you for choosing to stay with us! To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow the house rules below:

1. 🧼 Cleanliness
Please leave the house in a tidy condition before check-out.
All full rubbish bags must be securely tied and placed in the correct coloured bins.
Wash, dry, and return all dishes to the cabinets.
Return all toys, games, and items to their original locations.
🧽 Cleaning supplies are provided under the kitchen sink and in the laundry for your convenience.

💡 Additional cleaning fees may apply if the house is left in an excessively messy state.
2. 🗑️ Rubbish Collection
Rubbish is collected every Tuesday morning.
If you are staying on Monday night, please place the bins at the kerb for collection the next morning.
3. 🤫 Noise & Parties
This is a quiet residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 9 PM.
Parties and events are strictly not allowed. Violation may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
4. 🚭 Smoking
Smoking is not permitted indoors. You may smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
5. 🐾 Pets
Pets are not allowed.
