This beautiful 5-bedroom, 5-bath Palmetto Dunes beach house has all the comforts of home. ONLY 176 yards walk to the beach. You enter an island-inspired dining and living area through the front door with high ceilings, gorgeous floors, large windows, and skylights. The kitchen is just off the dining room for ease and convenience. Each bedroom has a private bath. The bedrooms are spacious with an airy, beachy feel. The screened porch has a 55" TV, dining table, and couches, and the private pool area creates a fantastic backyard oasis perfect for fun in the sun. This island escape has it all and is only a two-minute walk to the beach.

This was a great home with a great pool and close to the beach. The kitchen was the most well-equipped of any rental we’ve ever stayed at. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at your property. The house was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for our week-long visit. The property management team was also very responsive to all of our questions and any issues that arose.We especially appreciated the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. We are already looking forward to returning next year!

The stay was great. We would have liked to see things like dish soap and dishwasher soap, sugar and more toilet paper and paper towels. But other than that it was a very comfortable stay and the communication was excellent. Thank you.

Great house and great location

This house met all of the needs for my wife and I and my daughter and son's families. Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful neighborhood and is located near all of the main attractions. Our house was right next to the walking path to the beach.

Magic on Mooring Buoy

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay at this location. The home is beautiful, roomy and true to the photos in the listing. Having the beach access trail just outside the back door was fantastic. The labeling of lights and in the kitchen was helpful. Hoping we can come back in the future!

Beautiful home, great pool, close to the beach

The house was well equipped for our extended family of 10. Beautiful home, well-maintained, great location. The pool was perfect. Our one issue was that there is a two-step rise from the great room to the rest of the house, and the steps are indistinguishable from the flooring on both levels. LED strip lighting would be very helpful; several of us tumbled down the steps.

Great proximity to the beach & wonderful location

The house has two giant master bedrooms, close walk to the beach and Palmetto Dunes is a wonderful area to "live". Beds were comfortable and lots of towels and beach towels are provided. The negative is there is nothing in the pantry. Seriously. They say bring oil, salt, pepper, spices, etc and take it to heart. They also had no cleaning products to wipe down the counters or the stove. We did need to call the vacation company about an issue while we were there and they were very responsive, pleasant and handled our issue in a timely manner.

Great Family Vacation Spot

This was a great family vacation spot for us. Right off the path for beach access and The Vacation Company who manages the property were so helpful! The outside could use a bit more cleaning up and there are no spices but overall would recommend it!

Great proximity to the beach!

We have been coming to Hilton Head for many years and this has to be one of our favorite properties. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach! The screened-in porch was perfect for breakfast or evening cocktails. The house has been newly updated and we appreciated all the finishing touches. My kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen was well appointed and we appreciated the labeling of light switches and cabinets. The pool was refreshing and a great size for our family. We loved that the Vacation Company provided beach towels and bikes. Also loved the sweet note from the owners and the gift. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Ideal Home and Location!

84 Mooring Buoy is an ideal home for a family vacation in every way! The house was perfect for our family of college boys, grandma and our dog! Everyone had their own bed and bath and having 2 master suites on the first floor was perfect for grandma and us. The best part is the proximity to the beach access right through the yard to the walkway to the gorgeous sprawling beach and ocean! The backyard and pool were wonderful for hanging out and outdoor grilling. Having the bikes is a treat to ride on the beach and through the lovely neighborhood. This vacation home met every need for us to have a wonderful relaxing week at the beach!
