While the property is off-grid, it still has most creature comforts with solar driven battery power, gas heating and rain water in tanks. Included in the house is a fully functioning kitchen, fireplace and gas heating for cold days and air-conditioning for hot ones. Local birds include sea eagles, rainbow lorikeets, black cockatoos, kookaburras, magpies and others.

Located less than an hours drive from Sydney CBD to either Berowra marina or Brooklyn following an easy 20 min boat ride by water taxi or BYO boat. Evenings are very quiet and the starry night is not affected by light pollution.
