Nestled among the trees on the waters edge, sits this architect designed home. With vast decks on two levels and floor-to-ceiling glass, it's designed to bring the outside in. superbly furnished with gorgeous lux finishes, Your stay is guaranteed to be a special one, as you relax, and unwind as a couple or family, in a luxury waterfront home. Enjoy easy water access by way of stairs, to your private sandy shoreline, where you can safely swim, Kayak (supplied) and fish all year around. This stunning waterfront property on Pittwater spans two spacious levels, perfect for a relaxing escape.

Upstairs, you’ll find three generously sized bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy for guests.

Downstairs features a large open-plan kitchen and an expansive living area that flows seamlessly onto surrounding timber decks—ideal for entertaining or simply soaking in the tranquil views. This level also includes one additional bedroom and a spacious bathroom.

After a day by the water, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then unwind by the wood-burning fireplace—a cozy touch for cooler winter evenings. With breathtaking views overlooking Pittwater, this home offers a peaceful and picturesque retreat you won’t want to leave.

We had an amazing stay! The view over Pittwater is breathtaking, and the house is spacious, clean and well presented. Shelly, the host, went above and beyond for our large group—she arranged an extra queen air mattress in the master bedroom for the kids and provided additional sheets and towels.We brought our own paddle boards and kayak, but Shelly also offers kayaks for guests to use at the private beach. The beach is stunning—quiet and peaceful. We had it all to ourselves!The kitchen is very well equipped with a large fridge, freezer, pod coffee machine, and appliances like an air fryer. We cooked most meals and had everything we needed. A few extra hand towels, tea towels, and oven mitts would be helpful.Bathrooms were spotless and stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The master bathroom is a highlight, with an incredible view from the bath. All the Bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned.The laundry has a washer, dryer, ironing board and bench, though a hanging rail would be useful for items that can’t go in the dryer. The only minor downside to this property was a strong septic smell on one side of the house, occasionally noticeable on the back deck.Overall, this is a beautiful and unique property—perfect for families looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature. The views, private beach, and thoughtful touches make it truly special. Thank you, Shelly, for your wonderful hospitality! We’d definitely stay again!

Relaxing retreat

What an amazing property. Stunning views and absolute peace and quiet. A brilliant place to get away from the city and sit around with friends enjoying great food, wine and conversation. Tranquil Paradise

My family and I had the pleasure of staying five nights at this lovely waterfront escape in July. This well-appointed home is even more beautiful than the online pictures, and it has everything you need to make you feel at home for a perfect stay. The views from the master bedroom, deck, and living area are breathtaking, and we enjoyed waking up to the birds serenading us each morning.Shelly is a fantastic host who is extremely responsive, and her detailed guide book provides great suggestions for what to see and do in the area. We would definitely stay here again when we get back to the Northern Beaches, and we’ll recommend this home to our friends and family!

Magical Oasis with Water views

This home is incredibly comfortable and functional. Bedrooms and ensuites are like a 5 star hotel, and the open kitchen & living areas are spacious while cozy, with a killer view of your personal beach on Pittwater. Suited a family visit from overseas - they were blown away by the lifestyle the home and surrounds delivered!!!

A beautiful home with amazing views

The house is beautiful with high quality furnishings. The view is spectacular. Shelly, the host was so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend it especially in the summer. We stayed at the height of winter, and it was a little cold (most probably because we are from a tropical country) as it does not get direct sunlight due to the position of the house. But everything else about the house made up for it.

Wonderful secluded house with all the bells and whistles

My family and I stayed at this house over my wedding and it was wonderful. Enough space for everyone to sprawl and incredible views over the water. Only thing I will mention is driveway and pedestrian access is via quite a steep drive and staircase so just need to be aware for anyone with mobility issues. Beautiful house and everyone was very happy! Thank you hosts

Perfect house for a family reunion

Our family based in SW WA are used to wonderful houses with wonderful vistas. This house and its location accommodated all our requirements. The access was a novelty and even those in their 70s and 80s with hip issues enjoyed the steepness without complaint. And as a result everybody behaved well towards one another! Our one tip would be to include beach towels.

Family wedding weekend

We really enjoyed our weekend. There was everything we needed, and more. Extremely clean, well appointed, comfortable beds, easy to relax and take in the views. Very steep block, so lots of stairs. Would recommend.

Beautiful home with amazing view over Pittwater

We had a lovely stay with our family in this stunning house. Lots of beautiful features in the house with multiple balconies across the bedrooms. Beware the access to the house with our large car was a little challenging as the driveway to the property is narrow.

Magnificent

This house is better than the photos, we had the most wonderful time. Every consideration has been made. It’s warm, comforting and the views are breath taking. We would love to come back, I honestly couldn’t fault this home. We stayed for our wedding weekend and it will always have a very special place in our hearts.

Great Stay

Had a lovely time at the property. Very easy to deal with and house was great for our Group and the view was amazing. Only issue is cars (especially if slightly lowered) will not be able to get into the driveway.

Tranquil Pittwater

A lovely, stylish property perched in the trees looking out over Pittwater and Scotland Island. We spent hours sitting on the large deck enjoying the sounds of the Australian bush.

Great Weekend

Fantastic weekend away with friends. Beautiful views of Pittwater in a clean and well appointed house. Beds were very comfy and the house beautifully decorated. Great communication with owner for stress free booking and stay. Driveway was a little tricky to navigate with lowish sedan, but SUV no problem. Would definitely stay again!
