This two bedroom villa rests on the banks of Cowan Creek and is available for those wishing to enjoy the beauty of the area. Bush walk, fish, hire a boat, kayak, enjoy beautiful meals from the local restaurants ( a couple of mins walk) or simply lay on the daybed and watch the boats go by.

Upper level
Captured through the extensive use of glass the panoramic views of the river and beyond enter the open plan entry level. Beautifully decorated with a small but fully equiped kitchen, dining, bedroom with second TV, bathroom and a living space awash with natural light. Beyond the floor to ceiling doors, the large balcony is the the perfect place to laze on the daybed and watch the boats go by.
Lower level
The lower level boasts a second bedroom, bathroom & kitchenette with washing machine. This level leads onto a sun drenched timber deck with outdoor dining, gas heater and BBQ area, complete with private pontoon to tie your boat. Kayak, fish or just relax and enjoy the water and the magnificent sunsets and serenity of Cottage Point.

Two kayaks available for guest use. Boat hire available across the road at the kiosk and fishing rods available for guests wishing to drop in a line while relaxing on the lower deck.
Reverse cycle air conditioning on both levels. Outdoor heater on the lower deck.
NO free to air TV
Netflix, Prime ( sign in to your own account) and Foxtel available.

Please note that the lower deck, jetty and pontoon are not fenced and access between levels is via outdoor stairs only. After parking your car in the carport access to the property is via inclinator (outdoor lift) only.

This property is not suitable for children under 13 years old. Guests between the ages of 13 and 18 and infants pre crawling age are welcome.
