What we enjoy doing
We love hands‑on, seasonal work that brings visible results. We tend layered gardens and fruit trees, compost and feed the soil, and harvest produce for simple meals shared on the verandah. Mornings are for bird song and a slow cup of coffee; afternoons for planting, repairs, or wandering nearby trails. We host small garden sessions and cook with guests using what’s in season.
