Mosquitoes aside.The location was OK. The flooring was quite un-level, with many opportunities to trip.Being near the river is always a good opportunity.

This property should not be rented. The house smells terrible, the lawn doesn't look like it has been mowed in 4-5 weeks, there are 5-6 different flooring types that aren't level (huge tripping hazard), there are no closets in the house so you can't hang your clothes, the smoke detector was missing in one of the bedrooms, the light fixtures are missing the globes over the light bulbs, there are numerous bugs in a light fixture, all of the curtains are frayed, there was no ice maker or ice cube trays, the instructions say to take the trash out, yet there was no trash can outside, and the mosquitos were so bad you couldn't sit outside. If I could I would request all my money back. I have pictures to back up all these claims.

The good: convenient location, comfortable beds, ample supplies are appreciated. The bad: water pressure issues, musty odor, bedrooms lack closets, muddy swamp of a yard, no central heat, ants everywhere including all over bedroom ceiling. The worst: was charged an additional 88 fee for interacting with VRBO service over well water issues which was not disclosed and will definitely be challenged on my credit card bill.

Zelda’s place was exactly what we needed for our quick trip to Bandon. Thanks, if we ever come back we will definitely stay again.

Nice house. Smaller than what the pics show. 1 closet for 3 rooms. Struggle to shut one bedroom door and have walkways around the bed. Clean and tidy. Stuff in the kitchen to prepare meals was adequate. Good deal for a last minute rental that we needed!
