Very disappointed. The main reason I booked this house was for the pool and jacuzzi. I informed the host of that the day before arriving and she responded saying we have to call her so she can turn the jacuzzi heater on and then come back over to turn it off anytime we want to use it and it can't stay on long or it will blow up and if I'm unhappy about that maybe I should find another house. I replied saying I don't have time to find another house since we're arriving tomorrow. Annoying but okay. Then we get there and both the pool and jacuzzi were green with massive algae and smelled terrible so we couldn't use either one. I wish she would've told me that they were unusable when I informed her we wanted to use them because I invited my family over to visit so we could hang out by the pool and had to change the plan at the last minute. She also sent someone over at 8 pm on a Sunday night to look at her pool filter the night before we left. She could've waited until the next day since we were leaving so we could enjoy our privacy. I didn't say anything to her about the condition of the pool and jacuzzi because I didn't want to deal with her again so she was already aware of the issue. I believe that's why she sent someone over the night before we left.The beds didn't have sheets and the house was dirty on top of that. Also a lot of the electricity plugs didn't work and the lights flickered so we were afraid to use them and start a fire. Beware of renting from this host!
