Cozy, one bedroom apartment! Walk to Town of Bolton Landing, Beach, Restaurants and Marinas! Ideal location!
Comfy for up to a family of four! Separate entrance to single apartment. Efficiency kitchen, dinette area and living space on first floor. Half Bath on first floor! TV’s on both levels.
Second floor is one bedroom with bathroom (shower). Two Queen beds in same bedroom. This apartment is two floors which provides added space.
Efficiency kitchen which has sink, small fridge, microwave, toaster and keurig. Dinette set which seats 4.

Linens and towels provided.

what a lovely last-minute trip for us in a lovely location!We walked across the street to see fireworks and down the street to get warm bagels in the morning! The location was perfectAnd we snuggled up together to watch a movie on our last night/thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Great location!

We have been coming to Bolton for years and couldn't be happier to have found this property! It was clean, nicely decorated and had all that we needed for our stay(including toiletries, snacks and wine)! We were walking distance to town and the beach and had a great stay!

Always the best!

All of Anna's properties are the best. We stay often and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Comfy beds, super clean, close to everything, and feels like home. Highly recommend!

Wonderful vacation week

We stayed in this wonderful apartment in July. It was immaculately clean and decorated with adirondack furnishings. It was walking distance to the beach and the town of Bolton Landing with great shops and restaurants. Looking forward to staying again next summer!

Early June stay in Bolton Landing

Very pleasant stay! Nice decor, location is very close to town, restaurants, shops, the beach, and hiking trails. And so thoughtful were the welcome snacks and toiletries! We'll visit again. Thank you.

Bolton Landing

Wonderful visit to Bolton Landing to spend time with family. Property was clean, easy to access, and conveniently located. Two floors (upstairs bedroom and bathroom, downstairs kitchenette and living room) was great for our kids.

Close to town - great spot!

My husband myself and our 4 y/o daughter stayed here for a long weekend and we had a great time! Walking distance to town and close to everything. The property was clean and Anna had snacks, toiletries and a bottle of wine waiting for us! Such a nice touch. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay close to town!

Apartment was exactly as advertised! Perfect for us as a couple plus our dog. A cute, quaint and clean unit. Anna was hyper-responsive as an owner, couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Nice get away weekend!

No issues. Everything was nice. The snacks and toiletry baskets were a very nice touch. Super nice to deal with. Good location. Bed was comfortable. Loved that they allow dogs!!!
