Mapua village is a very popular Summer destination and Family Hideaway is just a short walk from all the action. Great cafes, bars and restaurants. A large domain for the kids to run around, including a playground and skate park.
This large family home is spread over two levels. The open plan living and kitchen is on the ground level. The French doors opening out to a sheltered and private garden with outdoor dining and BBQ.
The garden has direct access to a council reserve that only the residents seem to know about.
There are 4 good sized bedrooms and one bathroom and separate toilet on the second level, along with a sunny sitting and play area with books and kids toys. There is a second bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet on the ground level.
