Oceanview Sanctuary provides a panoramic paradise for relaxing, with some of the best unrestricted views of the Bream Bay waters. The north-facing extensive decking, surrounding all sides of the house, provides endless configurations for maximising private, all-day sunshine, or shady spots when required. This well-equipped, modern holiday home will make you feel at ease and will have you coming back for more. The open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge areas can all be opened to the deck - perfect for entertaining on warm summer nights.
The two master bedrooms are private, each with their own ensuite, as well as their own sliding doors opening onto decking along with stunning views. The third bedroom is a convertible space, sleeping up to 4, but can also be used as a second living area.
Only one minute walk to the Waipu coastal trail or a 3-minute drive either Waipu Cove or Langs Beach, those looking to get out to explore the area will be spoilt for choice. And when you're in the mood for a night out, be sure to take the quick 10-minute drive to Waipu and visit the Waipu Pizza barn.
The house is ideal for 1-2 families, or up to 6 adults, with enough space for everyone to stretch out. With a heat pump for those hot or cool nights, BBQ, and wifi, plus plenty of space for the kids to run around on grassy areas or to enjoy an evening movie with the wifi-enabled Smart TV (just enter your Netflix/Disney login and go!) Oceanview Sanctuary is hard to beat!
Please note that as shown in the photos, this property is clifftop and has unfenced access to a large expanse of bush. Please assess the suitability for your group and it is essential that guests take personal responsibility for the safety of their group with respect to this area and supervise young children.
LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).

With its beautiful swimming and surf beaches and abundant marine life, Langs is a popular spot for sailing, fishing, surfing, diving and summer family fun. Also enjoy the vibrant art and cafe scenes and local markets of Mangawhai and Waipu less than 15 minutes away.
