Check in was easy, and host was quick to respond! Uber/Lyft pick up was FAST usually 5-8 minutes. And the beds we actually comfortable.

Overall, the house was fine. It has clearly been weathered after years of party people coming and going. The couch was stained, one bed was a taco, the floorboards are coming up in some places, and the floors didn’t seem very clean. But, the water was hot and the A/C worked well. It was about a 20 uber to downtown and was within close proximity to groovy bars and restaurants in East Nashville.

Convenient location. Interior did not meet expectations based upon online images. Guitar on wall had 3 strings, we bought new strings and tuned it. The soap/shampoo dispensers need to be cleaned (some were moldy). The upstairs beds were fine, the lower level bed was not comfortable. Lots of non-matching touch up paint throughout. Mirror in living room was no longer mounted on the wall, the flooring had some heavy wear in certain locations. Property was “clean”, but just needed some TLC that only a handyman or contractor could provide.

The guitar on the wall is intentionally decorative and is not intended to be played, which is why it does not include extra strings. We have since remounted the living room mirror and ensured it is securely in place. We also reviewed the soap and shampoo dispensers with our cleaning team and confirmed they are clean and functioning properly. Regarding the beds, comfort is always subjective, and we understand preferences can vary from guest to guest. We appreciate the feedback and will keep it in mind as we continue evaluating the home. As with many frequently booked properties, there are ongoing touch-ups and maintenance throughout the home, and we are continually working to keep everything in good condition for guests. The house is very nice and was exceptionably clean but there are a few things that were not quite up to what was shown on the VRBO listing. Also a few minor maintenance items needed to make this place top notch. We would definitely stay here again due to the space, cleanliness and ease of working with the host. Parking garage was really nice to have as long as other vehicles were not blocking it because some of the neighboring rentals use their garages for entertainment areas and not parking.
