We had such a wonderful stay! Eric was an exceptional host and truly went above and beyond with every detail. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought and care went into creating such a comfortable and welcoming space. Everything was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a true home away from home.Eric was also incredibly helpful with recommendations around the area. His suggestions made it easy to discover some great local spots and really enjoy our time there. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and wants them to have a memorable experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing place with a host who truly pays attention to the details!

Eric was the host with the most. The house is stocked with everything you need plus extra touches that make this a standout property. Eric provided waters, some snacks and even a local beer to help us celebrate our milestone bday trip. Bedding was great and the floor plan was perfect for our girls trip. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The place was exactly as described, very clean, tons of little nice touches like K-cups, local drinks, snacks, etc. Owner communication was awesome. Beds were comfortable and the location was great. Nice short uber ride to downtown. Hope to be back again soon!

Eric was an amazing host and has a beautiful property! It’s a quick car ride to anywhere you want to go, super convenient, and again just amazing labor of love that comes across with all the details in the house. The pulls on the cabinets for example!

The house was very clean, and it had everything our group needed. We did laundry, watched TV, and played the games at the house. The beds were comfy too. The host even had snacks for us on arrival! I needed Tums the last night and the house had that too!

The Home was beautiful, we had friends from Texas and California coming into town and wanted to treat them to some Nashville fun.The home was perfect, all three couples had their own bedrooms and bathrooms, with plenty of room too spare.Our host Eric was great to deal with throughout the entire stay.The home had everything you would ever need to have the makings for an awesome weekend!We would definitely stay there again!Martin

Eric ensured we had a wonderful experience. The house was clean and comfortable! He was so gracious. We set up arrival with some drinks and coffee pods and even a few snacks. We walked to lower broadway and took car rides (Uber and Lyft) as well. Very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Absolutely would recommend staying here. Very clean and spacious home. Nice location and easy to get to. Host was fantastic, communicated ahead of and during the trip. Loved the thoughtfulness of the extras at the house upon our arrival as well as some recommendations for shopping and eating in the area. 10 out of 10!

House was perfect! Eric was so easy to communicate with and kept checking in to see how things were. He even left snacks and wine! Would definitely recommend and we will definitely book with him again next time we come back! Very easy uber ride to Broadway also!

The host was easy to communicate with he answered all my questions and even gave me extra info about the surrounding area. The house was excellent! Spacious, well taken care of and many extra’s in the house should you forget something. Absolutely would recommend to any one needing space!
