I really liked staying here. The layout was very comfortable. The location was convenient. The gym was really nice, there was a coffee machine in the lobby that you could get drinks pretty much anytime. The pool was nice, but we didn’t get to use it due to the weather. The sofa bed was comfortable. We could walk literally across the street to get groceries or to go to a restaurant. The host was very helpful and responsive. I would stay here again.

Thanks for the lovely review! So glad the layout, location, gym, and lobby coffee made your stay easy — and happy the sofa bed was comfortable. Sorry the weather sidelined the pool, but great that groceries and restaurants were just across the street and that our host was helpful. We’d love to welcome you back!

良かった点 : ロケーション
I rented an apartment and while I know you can always here neighbors it was not at all the quiet environment that was suggested by the listing with loud children running around for hours above me, dogs barking, and hearing parties through the walls. The team decided to tell me after I paid and arrived they would be showing up in the middle of my stay to clean… yet it wasn’t well cleaned when I arrived so not sure why they wanted to do that, multiple light bulbs flickered through out the stay, etc. When I requested times after working hours (since I rented this apartment to attend school 8 hours a day) they were difficult and often unwilling to compromise. When I was promised an 11am appointment for their maintenance team no one had shown up by 12:30 and they hadn’t even gotten into contact with the person who was supposedly coming. There were other minor issues mostly happy to be gone so I can sleep without all the interruptions.
