Beautiful immaculately furnished and equipped condo located in the heart of Indianapolis’s famous Mass Ave. Whether you’re staying for business or for pleasure, it has all aspects covered. Take a 5 minute electric scooter ride to the Convention Center and all major venues or walk out the front door to be immediately be surrounded by shopping, fun and excitement.

Known affectionately as Mass Ave, this five-block area is ripe with theaters, restaurants, art galleries, and, most attractively for shoppers, a number of eclectic, independent boutiques. You'll encounter unique finds on each block, from Stout's Shoes (the nation's oldest shoe store, established in 1886), to Silver In The City/At Home In The City (offering silver jewelry and unique gift items), to The Best Chocolate In Town (which is fairly self-descriptive). Venture to the Athenaeum for a stein of German lager in the historic Rathskeller biergarten, try local craft beers at Ralston's Drafthouse, or sip a cocktail at the prohibition-era ball&biscuit. Foodies can indulge in American-modern cuisine at Mesh or take down a platter of tacos at Bakersfield.

We were in Indianapolis for the marathon and this place was perfect for our needs. It’s a little over a mile to the start/finish so not too far of a walk or scooter ride. The unit is just as described. Very clean and spacious. The check in/check out process was easy. We felt safe walking around the area and there are nice shops and restaurants nearby. Parking also wasn’t bad. There is a parking garage right by the unit. There is also meter parking right outside the unit and some free street parking nearby.

We had a fantastic time. All the things that we would’ve wanted were right near the condo. I had to mix work and pleasure and it was easy to park and easy to do everything I needed to do, including find some places to go at night. We ended up right across the street for some live jazz Funk. Actually would’ve liked to have two set of keys, but other than that everything was perfect.

It was clean, spacious, and the perfect location to explore, access restaurants/bars, and see a concert next door at the Old National Center. They were quick to respond when there was an issue with the code. Definitely recommend!

The property is steps away from shops, restaurants, groceries. We were in town for an event at The Old National Centre which is literally located on the next block. The apartment was very clean and spacious with a comfy bed. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely and as expected on all fronts. No elevator so know you have to do stairs. Feedback would be strong sent in cleaning supplies but with windows open all cleared quickly. Fantastic hosts!!! 10/10!

The condo is so pretty, really enjoyed being in such an aesthetically pleasing space. Loved the location, enjoyed Mass Ave restaurants and The Chatterbox, easy to get groceries at Needler's loved proximity to Cultural Trail etc. Furniture wasn't the most comfortable but was okay.

Perfect

The property was spacious and in a great location. I was afraid we would be kept awake by the noise of such a busy area, but it was very quiet. Great views. Easy communication. The hosts were on vacation and although they still responded to messages quickly, they also had another person reach out so we had a local contact if needed. Overall great experience.

Perfect location in Indy.

15 minutes to Fever game. 90 seconds to Wicked. Basically anything one needs is in very quick walking distance. Starbucks right below. The only negative was no parking spot exclusively for condo. 2 blocks of free parking up the street but it was close to impossible to grab a spot. We basically just fed the meters in front. Otherwise it was phenomenal.

This charming apartment was absolutely everything I was hoping. It's clean, sleek, comfortable, and walking distance to everything Mass Ave has to offer. Hosts were quick to communicate and very friendly.You'll most likely have to pay for parking. There is a parking lot behind the building, but I wasn't comfortable parking there. Because of its location in a very trendy neighborhood, the night life can go a little late and you will hear some of it. That's all part of its charm, but if you're looking for somewhere quiet, this neighborhood isn't for you. But if you don't mind that aspect, this apartment IS for you!

Absolutely beautiful VRBO. Location was fantastic, steps away from everything downtown! Room was spacious, clean, modern and guest ready! I cannot recommend this VRBO enough. We had a lovely one night stay and absolutely plan on returning. Property manager was super responsive. Great place! Thank you so much.

Convenient location!

We stayed for an event at the Old National Center. It was less than a 5 minute walk (including walking down the stairs from the condo). Parking was a little trickier with the event, but other than that, no complaints at all, which isn’t even a complaint. The host provided parking locations in the check in instructions which was super helpful.

Wonderful stay!

Property was great! Comfortable bed, walkable, and overall amazing. We were in town to see The Temptations and The Four Tops. Venue was right across the street. Hosts were very responsive as well. I highly recommend this Property
