Spacious family beach house in the picturesque and peaceful haven of Primrose Sands, Tasmania, Australia. Relax as you watch dolphins play in Frederick Henry Bay, even the occasional whale or seal. Enjoy a stunning view of the beach and bay from the property, which is located halfway between Hobart and Port Arthur. The house is a short walk to a safe and beautiful family beach.

Guests will find two living spaces and an open-plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms comprise one main bedroom and a medium, both with queen beds, and a small bedroom with a double/single bunk bed. There is a bath, shower, washing machine, clothes dryer and separate toilet. A balcony overlooks the bay.

Guests are welcome to use the top floor of the house and all the yard, however, please don't let dogs wander into the reserve beyond the back fence. They should also stay inside after dark, as wildlife visit the backyard after dusk.

Other things to note: Shop for supplies in Sorell before your stay. You will find in the pantry staples for your use, including rice, pasta, olive/cooking oil, tea, coffee (plus Nespresso), flour, sugar, herbs, spices, crackers, nuts. There is a ceramic water filter and bottled drinking water, as we are on tankwater.
