Formerly known as Poppy's Place, this stunning home overlooks the Apalachicola Bay- perfect for watching oyster boats, kayakers, birds, dolphins and those unforgettable sunsets! Cast your fishing line right into the Bay and enjoy your catch for dinner. This spacious home is wonderful for family get togethers! Come see why you will want to return again and again to this wonderful bayfront beauty!
BEDS: 3 kings, 4 doubles
AMENITIES:Multiple TVs, DVD player, well equipped kitchen with granite countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout kitchen, main living area and bedrooms, covered deck overlooking the bay, outdoor firepit and sitting area. Private pool (heat or chill for a fee), enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, park-style charcoal grill, sea wall with 185-foot private dock, and under-house concrete parking.
PET FRIENDLY- $75 pet fee per dog, up to 2 dogs only under 80 lbs. each
PRIVATE POOL (Pool cooled for a fee of $400 per week. Pool heated for a fee of $400 per week.)
