This canal front beauty in the Gulf Beaches neighborhood features a private dock with deep water access, private pool, private hot tub, stunning Bay views, outside entertainment area with bar and summer kitchen, lots of space to relax and beautifully remodeled décor! Bring the whole family—Blue's Dock of the Bay is pet friendly (dogs only).

Exterior features of this home include private parking, outdoor grill, private pool (heated for a fee), private hot tub, summer kitchen, covered entertainment area and the amazing private dock and fish cleaning area are perfect for the boaters and anglers in your crew! The award winning beaches of St. George Island are just a few minutes on foot (see map to the beach access point in the slideshow).

The open living/dining/kitchen area features a charming coastal vibe, flat screen TV, lots of comfortable seating including the queen sleeper sofa, and space for your group to spread out and enjoy your island vacation. The beautifully remodeled kitchen offers custom cabinets, beautiful marble counters, tile backsplash, stainless appliances and has everything needed to prepare coastal feasts. The pub dining table and kitchen counter stools provide plenty of seating at mealtime and the entire living area is flooded with natural light through windows framing amazing coastal views.

Additional guest amenities include the full shared bathroom on the ground floor and the large laundry room on the first floor with a full, separate freezer, so there is plenty of room to stock up to feed your hungry crowd!

Sleeping accommodations feature the queen bedroom with flat screen TV on the first floor with full shared bathroom in the hall and the second floor's king bedroom with flat screen TV and queen bedroom with flat screen TV. Bedrooms on the second floor share a full bathroom in the hallway.

You can't beat the central location of Blue's Dock of the Bay, which is close to island attractions including St. George Island's award winning sugar white sand beaches, the St. George Lighthouse Museum & playground, multi-use path and local restaurants, nightlife and shops. Great Place on a Canal

This place was very clean and very spacious. We really enjoyed the downstairs bar area and the pool also. This place has a boat ramp also that makes it great if you have a boat. We will rent this place again, if possible.

We had the best vacation! The house was perfect! I loved that it had a pool and a hot tub! The house was clean and kept up on maintenance. Some houses we’ve rented were not. One of the fan remotes battery was dead and the rental company sent someone right away to fix it. We would rent from this company again. Highly recommended them!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely Wonderful!!!

This was our family’s first trip to St George Island. Such a lovely trip! The house was perfect. Beds were super comfy. The pool was great. The outdoor space downstairs was wonderful. The town was so cute. No crowds anywhere. We will definitely return!!

Great location for boaters

The house was perfect for our stay. We brought our 26 ft. boat and were able to put in at high tide ride on the property, dock right there. Canal is shallow, but you can get in an out fine at High tide. You can go right out into the bay near bridge and on out. House was perfect for our needs, well appointed, nicely decorated, and the girls loved having the pool after a day on the boat. Would recommend and would definately stay here again.

Relaxing Week

Very nicely appointed and clean home. Excellent location for everything the island offers. The pool out front and the large covered area below were excellent. Plenty of comfortable places to sit, a nice wooden swing, and a large table. Always a breeze downstairs. The boat dock was great and protected from string winds. Launching was easy, but you may need to use the ramp at the bridge to get a bigger boat out (I did), but very close by. A big plus being able to bring a dog without extra charges. Would stay again!

It is a great location right off of Wing St. The driveway is wide enough for two boat trailers. There is a boat ramp which it makes it easy to launch a boat. The dock is large enough for two boats. We even were lucky enough to trap crabs in our crab traps and a flounder off the dock. There is a great entertaining area under the house. Good size kitchen and table seats 6 and bar 2. Comfortable beds in all 3 bedrooms. Area in basement is great for storing rods. Great house!

Either the owner or previous renters had off and end things you find needing misled stay like trash bags, dish washing liquid, dishwasher pods, and aluminum foil. We brought our boat with us and while the water levels were a little tricky, that has nothing to do with the property nor management. We learned the tide schedule and made it out every day that it didn’t rain.

The little storage room on the first floor off the patio was perfect to store all his gear without having to haul it upstairs. We rented a golf cart and it was an easy ride to the beach--you could walk it if you wanted too. Only down side I saw was when it was low tide, it was extremely low at the dock and the boat was almost in mud during a portion of the day...but you can't change Mother Nature! Other than that, the house and property are perfect.

The windows looking out over the canal are a highlight - we loved watching the pelicans and various birds come visit. If you are into fishing, the dock is a perfect place. Quiet street a block from the bay and 3 blocks (~5 minute walk) from the beach. The kitchen is probably the most well-stocked I’ve seen from several houses. Be aware that the stairs from the outside patio area and going to the second floor bedrooms are pretty steep so if you have mobility-challenged family members it may be an issue. But overall I highly recommend this house and would not hesitate to stay again! Gulf Coast was also very helpful and responsive to my (many) questions.
