Beautiful beach condo at Sugar Beach Condominiums. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 6 adults. Upgraded kitchen cabinets and granite countertops. Upgraded vanities and granite countertops in primary & guest bathrooms. Queen beds with allergy and bed bug covers in primary and guest bedrooms. Leather sleeper sofa with allergy and bed bug cover. Smart TV and Blu-ray in living room. Flat screen TV’s and DVD’s in both bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Pack 'N Play. Washer & dryer, iron & iron board, hair dryer and beach supplies available for guests. 2 elevators and multiple staircases available to gain quick access to our first-floor unit. 3 pools (one pool heated during cooler months), 1 kiddie pool and many poolside lounge chairs for your convenience. Snack shop (seasonal) with all kinds of snacks, light meals, cold drinks, and adult beverages. Tennis court, shuffleboard, poolside restrooms, security guards, BBQ grilling area and picnic tables.

Covered parking. Please note that vehicle parking pass is required. Maximum 2 vehicle parking passes per visit. Purchase parking pass at guard gate upon arrival: $35 cash or $36.05 credit card per vehicle. ATM is located across the street.

Perfect condo for us

I brought my two sons to the beach and this was the perfect place for us. Two bedrooms and a pullout couch so we each had a bed. Full kitchen and nice balcony. Right on the beach, plus a heated pool. Really enjoyed our time.

Sugar Beach Condo was amazing

Family Vacation

Sugar Beach has everything you need. 3 adult pools and one kiddie, snack bar that serves adult drinks and kid drinks, and easy close beach access. The facility is older and could use a few improvements but it's still pretty nice for the price. As far as the condo, it was really nice. It met all our needs including some umbrellas and beach chairs to borrow. This is a 1st floor unit that is very close to the back elevator and 2 stairwells. Id definitely stay in this unit again. The owners are very nice people and easy to communicate with too.

We loved our stay at this condo. Condo was very clean and organized. The pictures provided matched condo exactly. A/C worked great. The entire condominium was very nice and clean. The beach access from the condo was amazing and it was a very short walk. We loved staying here and plan to book here again in the future!

The only negative on our stay was the description did not mention the construction next door!!!! The workers started at 7am everyday including Saturday. No sleeping in on this vacation... ughhhhb

First visit

Stayed here on our first trip to Orange Beach. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Our favorite part was we could walk across the road and be on a walking/biking trail in about 5 minutes. A couple of minutes to get on the beach.

The condo was great! It was exactly as stated in the listing. We loved it and would stay here again. The complex could use some sprucing up. And it would be nice if they put up signs letting customers know the pools are closing early.

First Floor Fun

Overall, a nice condo. Suggestion would be to add some grab bars in or around the main bathtub for ease in entering and exiting the tub. Also, the thermostat may need recalibrating because it would be cold in the living area while hot in the bedrooms. The refrigerator door will not fully open because the cabinet is so close and the right bottom drawer was not useable since the door will not open completely. An indoor-outdoor rug in the living room would have been nice since there was sand on the floor when we arrived. We only went to the pool so the sand was not tracked-in by us. House cleaners may need to be better supervised. I have stayed at Sugar Beach many times since it was built in 1985 and now with the Phoenix being built next door, the likelihood of our returning is slim. It completely blocks the sun on the beachside pools by 4:00 p.m. and if it is ever fully rented, the beach will be too crowded to enjoy! Such a shame that a highrise was squeezed into the space. Rental prices will have to come down at Sugar Beach to be a tourist draw. The low-density of Sugar Beach is always an asset and we enjoyed meeting visitors in our age-range and not having lots of children present since schools were in session during our stay. The guard that greeted us upon arrival was very congenial and is an asset to the complex. The coded access to the unit is very convenient and the kitchen is well-stocked. Awesome stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Exactly as described and the hosts were great! It’s right on the beach, awesome pools, neat little snack shack. I just wish we could’ve stayed longer! 10/10 recommend. Excellent for kids also!

Wonderful stay.

We had a great time. Everything was great. The countertop on the bar needed to be wiped down but everything else was nice and clean. Thank you so much for the use of the beach chairs. We were very pleased with the place and when we come back we hope it will be available again. It is beautiful.

Amazing Stay, Excellent Host

From the time we booked to the time we checked in the host communicated promptly. Once we arrived the place was emaculate. So warm and cozy feeling. The girls enjoyed the beautiful beach feel. Me and me wife enjoyed how close we were to the beach and surrounding restaurants and activities. Definitely will be booking again with the same host.
