This beautifully presented end apartment offers the ultimate Taupo riverside escape. With uninterrupted views of the Waikato River and Riverside Park, a private spa, and modern interiors, it’s the perfect blend of relaxation and style. Just a short stroll takes you to Taupo’s restaurants, cafés, boutique shopping, and local attractions.



Designed across three levels, this apartment provides privacy and comfort for families or groups, with three bedrooms – each with its own ensuite bathroom. The layout makes it ideal for travelling together while still having your own space.

Top level: Spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, a balcony to soak up the river views.

Middle level (entry): Internal access garage for parking or storage of bikes, sports gear, etc. Queen bedroom with ensuite.

Lower level: Second living area with a smart TV plus bedroom with ensuite, opening to a private courtyard with outdoor dining and the spa pool.



All three bathrooms and the kitchen are fitted with underfloor heating, and a heat pump on each level ensures year-round comfort.

Guests also have access to a shared heated swimming pool in the riverside complex (open summer only, Labour Weekend – Easter).



Things to note:

The apartment is spread over three levels, connected by stairs. Entry is at the middle level with one level above and one below. This design offers great separation of space but may not be suitable for all guests.

No alcohol or glassware permitted in or around the spa.

Quiet hours apply out of respect for the neighbours; spa use between 9am – 9pm only.

Linen and Wi-Fi included (linen provided as part of the cleaning fee).

Children must be supervised at all times. Swimming in the river is not recommended due to strong currents.

Parking for 1 vehicle in the garage, with limited shared spaces available in the complex (not guaranteed).

Strictly no events, parties, stag or hens dos permitted.

Boats, trailers, campervans, and caravans are not permitted.

Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the complex for security purposes.
