The Space:
Four-bedroom, 3.5-bath Southampton home with a heated pool, firepit, outdoor shower, and a separate den on a half-acre lot. 14-day minimum. Minutes to Southampton Village and Shinnecock Hills Golf Club.
The main level has an open living and dining area with hardwood floors and crown molding throughout. The kitchen has white shaker cabinetry, granite countertops, a center island with bar seating, and stainless steel appliances. A formal dining room seats eight. A separate den with sliding barn doors and a desk can be closed off from the main living area.
A half bath is on the main level. In-unit LG washer and dryer. Central AC.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, and wall-mounted TV. The en suite has a jetted soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower with subway tile, and a double vanity. The second bedroom has a king bed with its own en suite bath featuring shiplap wainscoting. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Bedrooms three and four share a hall bath with a tub-shower.
The backyard has a heated in-ground pool surrounded by mature hydrangea gardens and privacy hedging. A bluestone patio with Adirondack seating surrounds the firepit. The outdoor shower has a cedar enclosure and rain head. The pool deck has lounge seating and umbrella coverage. Parking for up to four vehicles in the driveway.
Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Outdoor amenities, including pool, patio furniture, and grill, are typically available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. They are stored between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. Pool heat is available at $45/day. Contact us with questions about specific amenities during your stay dates.
Important Notes
Primary renter must be 25 or older. No pets. No smoking. For stays over 21 days, excess utility costs beyond the base allowance are the guest's responsibility. Reservations of 29 nights or more require a refundable security deposit. 14-day minimum stay required per Town of Southampton regulations. For the 2026 U.S. Open (June 8-24), shorter stays of 3+ nights are available.

Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement. A property damage protection policy is included with the booking. This policy covers incidental damage to the home during the stay. It does not cover trip cancellation due to illness or other personal reasons. Report any incidents to our team promptly.
