Set on a quiet street in Incline Village, this 3BR/2.5BA home sleeps 8 and puts you minutes from Lake Tahoe, trailheads, and winter terrain. The main level offers an inviting living area and [fully equipped kitchen] for easy meals in. Three comfortable bedrooms provide restful nights after full Tahoe days. Step outside to the deck for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. You’ll be close to beaches, dining, and essentials—without the crowds.
Large Grocery Stores: Raley's 3.5 miles, Grocery Outlet 4 miles
Approximate to Major Ski Resorts without being stuck in the Tahoe west shore traffic:
Diamond Peak Ski Resort (best maintained, with panoramic views of Lake Tahoe from nearly every run): 4.5 miles.
Mt. Rose (ski resort with one of the highest elevations in Tahoe and the closest to Reno Airport): 11 miles.
Northstar Ski Resort: 14 miles
Approximate to amazing trails:
Tahoe East Shore Trail (“America's Most Beautiful Bikeway”): 5 miles.
Historic Stateline Fire Lookout: 6 miles
Sand Harbor Beach (considered the most beautiful beach in Lake Tahoe): 15 mins of driving

HOUSE RULES
NO SHOES in the house.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without our approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
Security camera is 24 hours on at the garage door.
No smoking or vaping.
No parties or events. No 3rd-party unregistered guests.
Quiet hours begin at 10pm.
Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE INCLINE VILLAGE BEACH PASSES
Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.
Note on Map Distances and Beaches:
The platform automatically generates distance estimates (e.g., "5–10 minutes to the lake"). These are not added or controlled by us as the host. Some of our properties are located close to Incline Village’s private beaches; however, access to these beaches is restricted by IVGID (Incline Village General Improvement District) and is only available to property owners. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide guest access to these private beaches.
We kindly ask guests not to leave negative reviews for lack of lake access, as this is clearly explained in our listing's notes section and is outside of our control.
