Great place to stay

Came up for the Redsox/Cubs series and this place was perfect for us. Very clean and convenient with a short walk to both the L Red line and Lake Michigan. Plenty to do in the surrounding area! Property was great with very nice upgrades. We are already talking anout rebooking this property for future games we go to.

Our Family was so PLEASED with this stay. The property is beautiful and was the perfect place for 5 couples to have a family reunion. The bedrooms was comfortable. The kitchen even with 10 of us was workable, and having the grill outside, made it helpful.There are so many choices for restaurants and groceries that it made the event easy. The fact that it is 2 blocks from Public Transportation was the best for scheduling outings to a Cubs game, a River Cruise, Michigan Ave and The Green Mill for jazz.

The property could not have been better!! It was spotless, extremely comfortable, cozy, beautiful, and full of amenities. Just a 5-minute walk to Lake Michigan. On-site parking is such a perk. We stayed here for a conference that was about 20 minutes away and were able to drive to plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Communication with our guest contact Radu was quick, informative, and helpful. Would definitely stay here again! Everything was perfect!

The home is beautiful inside, and the amenities are great. It was a perfect location relative to my daughter's home. It was also great that there was a designated parking space for the apartment. My only reason for not giving five stars is that we had two elderly family members with us, and the walkways around the building were a bit treacherous. The stairs in the home are also a bit steep and long. We managed, but I could see where it might be a challenge for some older adults. Also, a couple of us were sensitive to the diffuser fragrances.

After reading your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following:- We’re sorry that some in your group were sensitive to the diffuser fragrance. It is fully Wi-Fi controlled, and we would have gladly turned it off had we known. We use ScentAir products that meet high industry safety standards and are formulated with quality ingredients, including natural essential oils, but we understand that comfort is personal, and we’re always happy to adjust.- As shown in our photos and listing description, this is a multi-level townhouse, so stairs are part of the layout. To help improve safety, the stairs are fully carpeted with padding to reduce slipping, though we understand they may still be challenging for some guests.- Regarding the walkways around the building, the property is one of five townhomes without an HOA, so updates require coordination with the other owners. We’re actively working with them to explore improvements.We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue enhancing the guest experience.

Second stay as lovely as the first!

Second time staying in the beautifully appointed townhome. It will be my go-to in Chicago. Perfect location near shops, transit, restaurants and beach. Townhome is clean, comfortable and well-stocked with everything you need for a hassle-free stay. Guest representative is accommodating and responsive.

Lake Side Townhouse

This townhome is decorated with a sophisticated modern flare. Beautifully decorated. High end lighting and accessories. The home is one block from the lake. The property management was easy to talk to. The kitchen was stocked spices and beautiful pots pan, and dishes.

Beautiful, Newly Renovated Condo Has Everything!

We stayed for 4 nights to visit family in Chicago. This is the absolute best VRBO we've ever stayed in. It is very functionally designed and stylishly decorated. The kitchen is well stocked, the living room and dining room are spacious and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and all the furnishings are new throughout. It seems that every detail has been attended to. The neighborhood is quiet, and a bonus was parking for two cars on site. When we come to Chicago again, we'll make sure to stay here!

Beautiful, well-appointed property!

I can't say enough good things about this property! One of our group commented that it was the nicest rental property he's stayed in. The property was just as shown in the pictures, and we were all very comfortable there. The king sized beds were all extremely comfortable. The snacks and wine were an added bonus too. We were able to walk to several different restaurants and shops nearby, and there was a train station just a block or so away. We decided to rent a car at the last minute due to colder than usual weather, and we appreciated having a place to park for both cars we had. I highly recommend Ann Sather for breakfast and Flaco's Tacos - both within walking distance. The Green Element was a great thrift store nearby, as well. My niece did a tour at Loyola, which was just a block away. Loved!!

This was the best short term rental experience I've ever had. From the welcome text the morning of check-in to the incredible comfortable stay, every moment was perfect. The home was furnished with everything we needed with top notch linens, pillows, mattresses, and kitchenware. The location was perfect for visiting our Loyola student.
