Lower Level:

One Bedroom: Two Twin XL beds.

One family room, one bathroom, laundry room and office nook

3 Bedrooms: Two King beds, one Twin XL bed

One living room with a convertible sofa bed, one kitchen and one bathroom.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 7-bedroom property. This includes both apartments, all indoor living areas, the front porch, back deck, and the backyard. You will also have access to the private driveway with convenient parking for up to 6 cars.

The house is located next to a full playground and basketball court at Twiggs Park. A half mile from downtown Evanston & Northwestern University, One block from a new local brewery and classic car museum. 13 miles to downtown Chicago



An 8-minute walk to the Metra Train Station provides quick transit to downtown Chicago.

The home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before every visit.

Our kitchens are stocked with all essential dishware, cookware, and utensils.

All bed linens and bath towels are freshly laundered for your arrival.

Bathrooms are supplied with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer.

For your security, exterior security cameras are present on the property.

Please remember that the backyard, including the gravel fire pit area, is a shared space with other residents.
