A modern architect-designed 4 bedroom home situated in a tranquil bush setting. Located in the beachside village of Bundeena with the start of iconic Royal Coastal Walk just steps away. Perfectly situated for nature enthusiasts or those just wanting a serene setting for a peaceful break.

There are three balconies across the different levels of the home from which to enjoy the uninterrupted views of the Royal National Park.

Enjoy the spa-like main bathroom with freestanding tub, luxurious walk-in shower and private vistas of the Park. There’s also a 2nd smaller bathroom and half-bath on the property.

With capacity for up to 8 guests there is plenty of space for entertaining throughout with a large central kitchen and multiple living spaces. The house is privately set off the street and down a stone pathway which includes 35 steps.

We live in Southern Sydney with our two daughters. After spending years living overseas in NYC we returned home to Sydney with a renewed love and appreciation for open spaces, nature and our beautiful beaches.

Our little slice of paradise in Bundeena is the perfect getaway to relax and recharge. For those more active there’s the beach, kayaking and famed bush walks.

Perhaps it’s the ocean air or the slower pace of life in the small hamlet of Bundeena but before long you too will feel yourself winding down. Enjoy!

I grew up nearby and was drawn back to the unique beauty of Bundeena. It is has a true village feel and the natural beauty of the beaches and bush setting is unmatched anywhere else in Sydney.

While feeling a million miles away, Bundeena is actually a suburb of Sydney and accessible from the city in just over 1.5 hours by public transport (train and ferry).

We love the natural setting, the tranquility and the space this property offers. Set over 3 levels there’s lots of space to be together or to take time for yourself. There’s a feeling of serenity as soon as arriving inside the front gate.

The Coastal Walk starts nearby at the end of Beachcomber Avenue.

The village of Bundeena is nearby and includes great coffee at Earth Things cafe, IGA, CSC Club, Salty Pearl bar and food truck and more!
