Enjoy this beautiful home, which offers a desirable floor plan and stunning water views!
This home offers an exceptional living experience, perfect for those seeking comfort and convenience.
The property features three spacious bedrooms and three beautifully updated bathrooms, ensuring ample space and modern amenities for guests. The interior boasts a stunning kitchen and an inviting dining area, ideal for both everyday meals and entertaining. The elegant dining area comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.
Outdoor living is equally impressive with a large screened lanai, a private swimming pool, and a relaxing spa, creating a perfect oasis for enjoyment. A significant highlight is its direct waterfront location, complete with convenient boat access, making it ideal for boating enthusiasts. The large lanai boasts highly desired SW exposure, perfect for ending your day soaking in the 6-8 person hot tub.
Located on the river side of the island, it is perfect for boaters. It's only a short drive to anywhere on the island.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HEAT THE POOL DURING OUR SUMMER MONTHS. MAY THROUGH MID-NOVEMBER.
Please note the following:
1. $500 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit at the time of booking.
2. Pets are ONLY accepted with Owner Approval. Once approved, the additional pet fee and security deposit will be applied. The Security Deposit is refundable after departure inspection. Pet Fee is NONREFUNDABLE.

Residential Rules
We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full-time residents and not on vacation with you.
Marco Island has a strict noise ordinance that is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00 and increase to 500.00 for a second visit.
Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit is just that, the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit is allowed on property at any time of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.
