Property was very convenient to downtown and ski resort. Condo was clean and well stocked with what this family with 3 small kids needed.

Great location
We have stayed at many rentals in Breckenridge and this has been the best location by far. We loved that we could catch the bus right outside the door to any lift in the morning and ski all the way back to the condo in the afternoon. In the evenings it was a five minute walk to eat out or shop. The condo was just the right size for our group and was well appointed with all the basics we needed to cook meals in when desired. We definitely enjoyed the steam shower in the master bath and the community hot tub after long days on the slopes. We did not have any issues and definitely recommend this condo.

Fall visit
This condo was the perfect place for all 9 of us that stayed for our guys trip. We were able to walk to everywhere on Main Street. Not only did the condo have everything you could ask for but the owner was willing to work with everything we asked and was quick to respond. Will be staying here again on our next visit

Great location and excellent experience
We really enjoyed our stay here. Our host was a super responsive communicator. I generally don’t have to communicate with the host much but this time I had several questions and she always responded immediately.We had a full house but had plenty of room. The loft was great for our teens. There was toys and items for younger kids as well.We love the ski locker right outside the entrance so there was no need to bring our gear inside. There were sleds to borrow as well.We love the ski in and the bus stop is located right outside for a quick ride to a lift or to the gondola.Unit was stocked fairly well which is never expected but always appreciated. We ski yearly and this was probably one of my favorites. We will try to book here again next year!

Perfect!
This was perfect for us! We loved the proximity to Breck's main street. The condo was clean and cozy and comfortable. I (and my kids) loved that there are so many beds. The host was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Sawmill creek ski-in condo
Good location easy to walk to town, easy to shuttle to various lifts and GREAT ski back home! In general, well appointed kitchen, lots of bath towels, leftover seasonings, etc.

The location of this property was perfect! It was great to end the day with skiing right up to the property. The shuttle bus to the ski resort is right out the building. The owner responded quickly by email when we had a couple questions.

Perfect location!
Great place to stay while in Breckenridge. Fantastic location- ideal for skiing and visiting the town. We had 8 adults so it was a little tight- but would be perfect for a family. Loved the steam shower!

Family vacation
We are always out here for skiing and wanted to try something new. This condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. Very close to trail heads, gondola, and Main Street. The space was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. We will definitely be looking to rent again this winter!

Spring Break 2023
Great time was had by all at this property. Tawny (owner of property) was prompt in replying to all of our questions. The condo was close to all the shops/restaurants. The location of the property made it convenient to park and walk to everything. Being able to ski down Peak 8 right into the property was also a huge plus. Would highly recommend this property/location.

Perfect location
Loved the condo- renovations look great!!
The location is really incredible- easy walk to restaurants, and skiing is super accessible.
Wish I understood the overflow parking situation a bit better prior to arrival, would not have changed me picking this condo but It would have been much more helpful to know that the overflow lot is not part of the condo, it’s a pay city lot, about a 10 min drive away from the condo.
Overall, the bedroom setup & the location were just perfect for our group.

Great Location for families
The location of the property was great. Easy one-stop on the shuttle to the Gondola, with ski-in. Also very close to downtown. Not having anything but sheets on the beds (no blankets/comforters) was a major inconvenience. We had to borrow from friends staying at other properties, as the kids got cold at night. It would also have been nice to have other conveniences that you usually find like a few trash bags, coffee filters, sponges and dish soap (these were provided upon request) but all in we had a great stay.

A great spot in Breckenridge
We had a terrific holiday week in Breckenridge. The condo was in an amazing location with easy ski-in option. The living area was comfortable for our family of 5 to hang out after skiing, watch a movie and chill. There is a lovely dining room table that we did not use to eat, but completed an awesome puzzle that we found in the living. There are lots of puzzles and games included! The kitchen was well stocked and we ate breakfast before we left for the day. The 2 full baths were updated and nice, could have used a ½ bath - there were times when for 5 people the 2 bathrooms were not enough. The place is on the 3rd floor but the elevator operated fine. The condo could use better updated lighting. The TV in the master was not operational. The carpet is pulling up in the living room and looks like it could be replaced. We really enjoyed our time and recommend this spot!

Sawmill #311 BIG DUMP
Upon our arrival to the condo we immediately contacted the owner to let her know of some of the concerns we noticed right away.
We have stayed in the same building before and were very disappointed in her condo. There were several items in the condo that do not work or are broke. The condition of the condo in our opinion is not rentable in its current state, especially at the price she has it for.
Here is a list of some of the things that need attention or fixing.
* carpet is dirty and stained
* carpet is torn and frayed near tile area
* bar stools are all broken, missing screws that hold seat on. Every stool.
* microwave door is not latching very well and light stays on inside
* light over sink has no bulb and is unplugged
* light fixture in kitchen only had 2 functioning lights out of 8. We replaced 2 so we could have more light.
* kitchen table light had bulbs out also
* toaster is broke, only toast on one side
* washer and dryer are dirty and super small
* kitchen floor was dirty and sticky
* no trash bags in trash cans, nor was there any at condo
* front door dead bolt seems to be busted were someone attempted to bust in.
* all doors are busted up and have lots of damage to them.
* several holes in walls where old pictures maybe hung or curtains at one time.
* walls and baseboards are damaged in several areas.
* only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.
* dusty vents in bathrooms
* only one TV for a 12 person condo
* beds are very cheap and less quality than a motel.
* damaged furniture throughout condo
* not enough seating or storage to be advertised for a 12 person condo
I also mentioned I did not want her to have someone drop off bulbs. But, as we noticed she had someone do it while we were gone. We had several of our personal items out and not locked up. We were unhappy about that process. They do not offer a small safe of some kind to lock valuables up, this being why we wanted no one to come by.
This condo is not rentable in its current condition and needs some attention. I do not know the last time they were actually there but, they may need to visit. Worst condo ever, a complete dump. They now have the nerve to blame us for the trash they rent.

Enjoyed the unit and location to town. Was disappointed with lack of wash cloths(only one in Master bath. Kitchen sink had slow drip which should be looked at. Other then that, the unit was a great fit for our family visit
