Perched high on Bannister Point headland this freshly renovated home enjoys stunning ocean views as far as Point Perpendicular in the north to Ulladulla lighthouse in the south.

Embrace this relaxed coastal house, with ocean views from nearly every room and balcony. Wake to the sounds of waves crashing below or whales slapping their tails, watch as eagles soar above the trees.

Enjoy early morning headland nature walks, take a dip in beautiful Mollymook Beach, enjoy a round of golf at either Beachside or Hilltop Championship golf course or indulge in fine dining.

Options include neighbouring Rick Stein's; Gwylo or Bannister Pavillion; or cook up a storm in the kitchen, BBQ or Outdoor Pizza Oven looking out to sea.

There is plenty of room in the driveway for parking for 2-3 cars and off-street parking for a further 2-3 cars.

Please note the property has a security door bell camera to monitor the front entrance only and a noise level db monitor in the rear yard to limit excessive noise and detect parties.
