This family and pet-friendly property offers plenty of room to relax both inside and out. Tucked away on a quiet residential street, it's the perfect location to enjoy everything Florida’s Gulf Coast has to offer -- from pristine beaches to golfing, fishing, boating (bring your boat - it's only 5 mins to the Gulf of Mexico!), tennis, pickleball, IMG Academy, nature preserves, biking trails, dolphin and manatee watching. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a tropical beach vacation.

About the home:
Relax in the bright and colorful living room or kick back in the family room with a bowl of popcorn to watch your favorite movies, play card games or just hang out. Enjoy the bright Florida sunshine outside by your own private heated swimming pool. Or sit inside the comfortable screened-in patio that overlooks the pool. It's a great place to enjoy a cocktail or read. And if you like your pool temperature warm, just let us know. Pool heating is available for an additional charge.

Working remotely? No problem! The property has high speed Wifi, desk and office chair.

The kitchen is well stocked with everything a cook could want including quality pots and pans, a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, blender, plenty of serving dishes, and cooking basics like olive oil and spices. If you don't feel like cooking, there's a gas BBQ for grilling just outside. But if you want someone else to do the work, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby and we provide you with a list of our favorites in Brandenton and on Anna Maria.

There are three spacious bedrooms in the house: one with a king bed and attached bathroom; one with a queen bed; and one with two twin beds. All bedrooms come with luxury mattresses, quality linens, spacious closets, and room darkening window shades for a comfortable night's sleep. There are two bathrooms both with their original colorful 1959 vintage tile that looks brand new! The primary bathroom has a shower, and the shared bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

Around the pool you'll find chaise lounges for relaxing in the sun. We also provide pool floats and beach towels. Spend the day laying out in the sun and when it gets hot, cool off in your private pool.
*Please note: out of respect for our neighbors, we ask all guests to enjoy themselves inside after 11 pm. So please no loud music, conversation or splashing in the pool after 11 pm*

The back yard is the perfect spot to toss a ball or play games like corn hole or frisbee. If you're bringing a pet, relax knowing the back yard is completely fenced in.

There is also a washer and dryer available for guests to use.

For boating, you can rent one locally or bring your own. There's boat access to the Gulf of Mexico only five minutes away from the house and there's plenty of parking in the driveway for your boat, trailer, or RV.

We provide guests with a detailed list of our favorite activities and restaurants in the area. And for guests bringing pets, we provide a list of dog-friendly places, too.

We've tried to think of everything to make this property and ideal spot for a relaxing beach vacation. We want you to relax and have a wonderful time and if there's anything you need to make your stay more comfortable, just ask!
