A 5-min walk to the dunes of the back beach via a National Park walking track - close enough to hear the sound of the crashing waves while you relax. Located close to Blairgowrie village, 3 mins drive to Koonya General Store, a short drive to Sorrento main street and only 10 minutes from stunning Alba Hot Springs.
This peaceful, relaxing & stylish beach house is the ideal getaway location for family and friends.

With all the amenities of home, this beautifully presented beach house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a separate laundry off the kitchen and extensive areas outside. Enjoy alfresco dining under the covered Mediterranean style patio in the afternoon sun, or relax in front of a roaring open fire on cooler evenings. A perfect combination of indoor and outdoor spaces for quiet time, fun time, unwinding and relaxing.
The house is well suited for friends, family or a couple's getaway. For those with a young family there is a travel cot, high chair and baby bath available on request. A selection of children's toys, books and board games are also available along with a cubby house on the patio. A huge back lawn allows for endless games and play time outdoors for both the kids and pets.

Guest Limit Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.

1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Peachy Properties.
2. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 7 days post-checkout.
3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including decks, balconies.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms and external security cameras.
6. No "schoolies, bucks or hens' bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property, with a strict maximum of 8 guests unless prior approval is obtained.
10. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking - There is space for 2-cars on the driveway.
