As a first timer I was impressed with the cleanliness and beauty. Our host was accommodating and helpful. The overall property was relaxing and beautiful. You could actually sit over the lake and watch the fish swim around the dock. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to make meals at home.Overall I would stay again.

Wonderful stay! We rented this place for our annual ice fishing trip and it was perfect. The home is very nice and incredibly well thought out—electric adjustable beds, well-stocked cupboards, and an amazing coffee nook with everything you could want, plus Yeti-style cups. The “healthy recipe” monster cookies and eco-friendly touches were a great bonus. This will definitely be a place we come back to!

Perfect cozy retreat

Stayed with family at this beautiful cottage on the lake and we all had the best time! The owners put thought into every detail of our stay. We were greeted with welcome bags (a kind and unexpected touch), a cozy coffee and tea bar, and the most warm and welcoming living room that encouraged us to stay up late talking around the fireplace. We also loved the large selection of board games and books, and of course the spectacular scenery. My family made great memories this weekend and would visit again, as we’d like to be able to take advantage the lake and kayaks at the cottage. Highly recommend!

We’d love to have you back! We’re so thrilled you talked around the fireplace and enjoyed the scenery. It was our dream to share it with you, so you could make new memories with your family here and treasure the Northwoods. There’s a special kind of peacefulness Up North, that our parents showed us, and our grandparents before them! May it linger in your hearts.Thank you for leaving the cottage and grounds neat and tidy, and for being quiet and respectful to neighbors and wildlife. You were ideal guests and we can’t wait to have you back!
