Welcome to the Breakfast at Tiffany’s House! Eagle River is home to the largest chain of freshwater lakes in the world, great for fishing, boating, water sports, and more. Our Breakfast at Tiffany House boasts views of Yellow Birch, dock and water access for all of your toys, and is just a short walk from downtown shopping and events. The living room overlooks the spacious deck with breathtaking water views. You'll find everything you need, from inviting bedrooms, dining table plus kitchen island seating, lake home themes with pops of Tiffany Blue throughout. Curl up for a cozy fire around the spacious fire pit and enjoy a relaxing evening. Plenty of room for parking trailers, private dock, and close to trails and boat rentals. We also supply adult kayaks, kids kayak, paddle boards, and life jackets! Come Getaway With Us!

A group of friends stayed and spent a wonderful weekend shopping at the Cranberry Festival. While we enjoyed the city our favorite time was spent at the home. Very clean, excellent amenities, Christine was prompt for any of our questions. The fire pit and views from the deck were excellent. We all said this was the perfect home for a group of girlfriends. Would absolutely rent this home again. Thank you!

My family raved about the house and our hostess. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and very well situated. We had all the benefits of being within a few blocks of Eagle Rivers' shops and yet the house was tucked away in a more scenic area. We rented a pontoon and enjoyed trips along the Chain 0f Lakes. The amenities in the house were far superior to any of our other rented houses. We would love to return!

Beautiful, immaculate home and well-equipped for both indoor and outdoor activities. We loved the large fire pit in the evening and enjoyed watching the deer so close by everyday.

A Perfectly Charming and Thoughtful Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! The moment we walked into the home, we were in awe of its delightful decor and the clear attention to detail aimed at ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. I’ve stayed at many VRBOs, but none have shown this level of care.The house was immaculately clean, pet-friendly (a huge bonus for our fur babies!), and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We even discovered a whimsical touch with an Elf on the Shelf, which added to the charm!We would absolutely love to return for another stay—this time, much longer. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home! Modern and very clean!

We had a very lovely stay! Access to water for fishing! The kids fished for hours and had a blast. Kitchen fully stocked! Nice welcome 🎁! We werr mostly outdoors the whole time! Walked uptown shopping a few times! Nice shops!

Best amenities and hostess!

We had an amazing visit at this VRBO in Eagle River! The house was immaculate and Christine thought of everything we may need — with special touches for our girlfriend getaway weekend. We loved having the river view + being able to walk to the downtown area easily. You will definitely enjoy your stay. 💖

Fabulous property

We love this rental house! We have stayed 3 times already & we booked again for next year. The location is convenient - on the water & still within walking distance to downtown & the park w/ pickleball courts. The house itself is beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, & well stocked with many little conveniences. We also use the deck, fire pit, & dock everyday. We have stayed at many rental properties & this is one of our favorites!

Love This Cute Property!

We had 10 family members for the week in this beautiful house. The decorations are the cutest. Lots of space to spread out on the 2 floors. We tend to eat out a lot on vacay, but this week we only went out a couple times, choosing to cook at the home instead because there was a lot of space for all of us to cook, grill in the deck. Lots of amenities and the host left an awesome welcome basket ( I won’t ruin the surprise if you stay here). Would definitely stay here again!

The property is even better in person than the pictures portray. Very clean & spacious. BEAUTIFULLY decorated. The outside space is also great with a lovely deck overlooking the water. Lots of comfortable furniture inside & out. Well-stocked kitchen. I can’t say enough good things. We’ve stayed at dozens of VRBOs & we wish they were all this nice! We will definitely be back!

Love this house!

Another WONDERFUL visit to Eagle River! We stayed in this house last year & we hope to stay again next year! The house has a great layout - very comfortable & well equipped, including welcome snacks & coffee. Beautifully decorated!!! We relaxed on the big deck & used the fire pit almost everyday. The location is very convenient (we walked to the pickleball courts as well as to downtown for food & shopping). I can’t say enough good things about this rental. Stop reading this review & book it!

Labor Day Weekend 2024

Really enjoyed the dock. Docking and launching were a breeze. Nice dock fenders and tie down cleats. Kids enjoyed fishing and grandson caught & released a musky from the dock. Kids used the water pad, hammock and swings daily. Used firepit nightly. Wood was properly dry and did not 'pop'. Kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pans, utensils and dining ware. Could not find a measuring cup. Overall an excellent stay and a quallity property. Loved that the 9, 11 & 12 year old had the basement to themselves!

Anniversaries annual trip

This was our 11th year for a fall vacation getaway. Two brothers and wives with two cousins and wives. All four of us couples have been married over 20 years. We were in Eagle River 9 years ago and loved the area and met so many friendly people. This rental was very new and decorated beautifully. The beds were very comfy. We ventured out a couple of days and stayed in one. We had steak night and the grill was great. Had it not rained we would’ve had a fire as there was a nice backyard area but Mother Nature didn’t cooperate. This rental is so close to town we could easily grab groceries or anything that we needed. It was a quiet area and we got to watch some deer in the yard the first evening we arrived. Christina, the rental contact was very quick to respond to a request we had and she offered us a lot of good info upon arrival on what areas were popular for food etc in the area. We all had a great trip and out of the 11 years we have been doing this October trip, this rental was the newest and cleanest. Thanks for everything!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wonderful relaxing stay

What a wonderful experience!

This property is beautiful. The indoor decor is whimsical, and the yard has a beautiful view of the river with a dock to fish from and a bench where one can simply relax and watch the water flow by. The owners went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. We highly recommend booking this property!

My name is Christine and my husband and I have had the privilege of being part of the Eagle River community since last summer when we purchased our own vacation home. We are originally from the Wausau area and also own a construction company.

The Breakfast at Tiffany's House is the first of our vacation rental through Eagle River Getaways and is based off of the book by Truman Capote. It is a brand new home which was a joint project between the 2020 class of DC Everest Trade students and Larry Meyer Construction. The program allows students interested in the trades a hand on opportunity to invest in their future. This home currently sleeps 7 with addition space for air mattresses in the basement. It is close to downtown Eagle River, snowmobile trails, boat landings, etc. We can't wait for you to come getaway with us!
