Overall this home was perfect for our large family, convenience to the beach, and we had a wonderful stay! Only snafu was locating the lockbox (on Plymouth) and trying find the back door. This could have been better addressed in our welcome packet but communication with the property manager was swift and easy. Would happily stay here again!

Ideal location. Close to the boardwalk and to town where there are cute shops and restaurants. It comes with 3 parking spots in the back if you can’t find street parking. The 3 levels made it easy to spread out and not feel like we were on top of one another. Multiple kitchens/refrigerators/bathrooms. I would happily stay again.

Vacation in OC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time catching up with family and friends. Enjoyed the sunrises n sunsets. The place was conviently l9cated to everything.

Be careful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was in a great location. Less than a block from beach and boardwalk and has a shared pool. The check in process and property manager were excellent however the owner needs to hire a new cleaning service. The place was dirty every shower had hair in it and there was mold on the kitchen ceiling from a leaking toilet upstairs. We had to stay in the house 3 mornings for the repair service to fix the leak and ceiling and for the cleaning service to come back to clean the house. There was dirt and hair in every bathroom and it seemed like they just swept all the dirt under the beds. Sent pics to owner who would not provide any reimbursement. He told us it wasn’t mold when his own repairman said it was and had to cut a portion of the ceiling out. The beds and couches were uncomfortable and the glass on the dining room table was cracked in one corner and started expanding so we couldn’t even sit at that end of the table
