Our area continues to rebuild after recent hurricanes. While paradise may look a bit different, the beaches remain beautiful and fully accessible—just steps across the street from this condo. The sunshine, breathtaking sunsets, and opportunities to make new memories are still very much here! New shops, restaurants and experiences (and many of the original ones, too!) are now open and ready to help you thoroughly enjoy our area!



Some restoration work is ongoing in the buildings, grounds, sidewalks and atriums, so occasional daytime construction noise is possible. The tennis courts remain closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available for guest use.



Bonita Beach and Tennis Club is a longtime favorite for visitors to Southwest Florida’s Gulf Coast! This cozy studio condo, located at the middle of the complex in Building 3, is the perfect home base for you and your favorite person to enjoy the beach, explore the area, and relax in comfort. The owners have thoughtfully provided everything you should need to enjoy your beach getaway!

• 500+ sq ft of open living space including living, dining, kitchen, and sleeping areas, plus a full bathroom, walk-in closet, and screened 8th-floor balcony, offering views of the Gulf and the Barefoot Beach community.

• Living area with double reclining love seat, club chair and TV with community cable.

• Screened balcony with a bar-height table for two

• Sleeping area with king bed, ceiling fan, and walk-in closet.

• Updated bathroom with extended vanity and walk-in shower.

• Full kitchen with dining table, refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dinnerware, and many kitchen tools and small electrical appliances, including a Keurig and drip-style coffee maker.

• Free Wi-Fi throughout the condo.

• Bed linens, bath towels, and pool/beach towels included.

• Beach gear including chairs, umbrella, and cooler.

• Keyless entry—no keys to keep track of during your stay.

• On-site laundry (pay-per-use) located in Buildings 1, 3 & 5; this condo is in Building 3.

This five-building complex sits directly across the street from Bonita Beach and is within easy reach of three award-winning state preserve beaches: Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass, and Lovers Key. Nearby Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, and surrounding communities offer endless options for dining, shopping, water sports, wildlife viewing, cultural attractions, and sporting events. This condo is a peaceful retreat close to everything Southwest Florida has to offer.

Policies:

• No smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes) anywhere on the property, including the condo and balcony.

• No pets.

• Minimum rental age: 25. A government-issued photo ID matching the reservation name must be presented to the management company or property owner within 24 hours of check-in.

One guest in your party will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity, every day, and one person will be free. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. These activities are yours to use if you chose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
